Great App, Inexpensive and Functional!
I had a FitBit Charge and was unimpressed by the app, tracking and that the product was not water proof. I like to swim for exercise and wanted a watch / fitness tracker in one. So, I started to research an inexpensive option to meet my fitness tracker needs. Stumbled upon the Mpow and I really can't believe my good fortune. Mostly Pros (little cons, but I did outline them as I like detailed reviews). The app is great and was easy to find / sync (maybe 5 minutes and I was up and running with full customization and optimization).Pros: You can elect different fitness outlets for tracking via the app, there are tons of customizable options and functionality in the app that syncs with this fitness tracker. The tracker is small (I have extremely tiny wrists) and charges super fast; plus, it just plugs directly into a USB (I love not having to have an extra connection cord with me). Using the watch and tracker, I can go almost a full 7 days without charging. I like the HR monitor that you don't have to "hold" to take a reading. The color function is "pretty." Option to have weather projected on the main screen. Tracker is definitely waterproof (not just resistant); I've worn it swimming on multiple occasions.Cons: if you want to wear this outside mostly, DON'T BUY. The screen is basically worthless in the sunlight unless you shield the screen. No big deal for every day wear, but if you want to see your stats while running / walking / biking out of doors, forget it. No swimming tracker option in the app (which I knew, but still a bit bummed about since I wanted a waterproof tracker for swimming). Weather only updates when you sync the device and is a prediction for the day vs. ambient temp or current conditions. As you can note, the cons are really minor and don't impact how I want to use the Mpow. Overall, what a great find for a very inexpensive price. I had modest expectations for this tracker and it blew me away. I wear it daily and love to see the "Goals Achieved" and feel the vibration of success for the day. Great buy!

HR is Inaccurate, steps seem to count okay though. Not sure if I got a bad unit.
* Heart rate monitoringHR monitoring was extremely erratic - jumped all over the place no matter which orientation it is on my wrist. I tried high on the wrist, low, opposite wrist side, and tight and loose on all positions. Nothing worked. I would be doing cardio where my heart rate should have been 110-120, and it would jump from 100 all the way down to 60, stay there, and then do this annoying reset thing where it takes another reading, which would also turn out to be inaccurate.* The BandThe band is horrible. It's a chore to take this thing on and off. If you get a fitness tracker, you want something that's easy to put on and take off. I guess there are different bands you can add to it, but then you're spending more money, and at that point you may as well get a Fitbit Flex 2 for $59 on sale, or if you want heart rate monitoring, a Garmin Vívosmart HR which is $74 on sale.* Step trackingI only tested this briefly. From the few tests I did, the step tracking was accurate to within a few steps. However, because the heart rate monitoring is so inaccurate, I would not trust the step tracking long term. I'm not going to waste my time wondering the whole time if the thing is working or not.I really wanted to like this tracker. After my Fitbit Charge HR broke, I wasn't planning to get another tracker. I figured I'd give this a try because I've heard Mpow makes some good budget electronics. Aesthetically, it's much nicer looking than the 1st gen Fitbit Charge HR, the screen is really nice. It would be amazing if you could get similar functionality to a Fitbit at this pricepoint, with the better looking device. Sadly, too good to be true.It will be interesting to see if these low price trackers eventually can give the big players a run for their money. In the meantime I'll probably go with a Garmin or another Fitbit.UPDATE: Mpow contacted me and offered another product as replacement for this, completely free. I originally gave them 1 star for the fitness tracker, but now they get 3 for their excellent customer service.

I would recommend it. Great customer service!
UPDATE:They seen my review and sent me another tracker at no charge and this one is working great. It is a simple no frills tracker. Great for what I need it for. Great customer service. I will definitely buy from this seller again!!!I received this, charged it and wore it for a couple of days and it has been on the charger for 2 days and will not charge. I would not recommend it.

Good Budget Fitness Tracker
Just received it on 7/14/2018.This is my first device of this type. Initial impression is good. The manual looks to explain everything, the app, VeryFitPro, seems clean enough and well thought out. There is some very strong "English as a Second Language" issues in the troubleshooting section, but it's written well enough to make sense of it.Took it for a walk with the dog. GPS distances seem accurate as did the heart rate monitoring.Pros:Seems well made,Well thought out design for the device and the app.Sensors seem accurate.Good layout for single button operation.Cons:English translation is a bit roughCurrently no replacement bands available.Have to remove the band to chargeScreen Time-Out cannot be adjusted

Problem fixed
**Updated** 12-1-2018I had returned this item because it was not tracking my heart rate well. It was constantly going up and down and I never knew what my heart rate was. However, the company sent me a new fitness bracelet to try and it works perfectly now!! I am so impressed that they #1 read my review and #2 fixed the problem. I look forward to using this to work out and track my progress. I love a company that stands behind their products. Very happy.
