I saw this on Instagram from someone I follow and figured what the heck? I am actually glad I did. I does help me feel full in the morning. I have a coffee before work then the tea once I am at work as well as a bowl of oatmeal. Since drinking this I don't get hungry before lunch and I will also say it doesn't affect me where I get jittery from the caffeine in fact I have even taken naps on the weekend. A piece of advice though, if you get this make sure you have a frother. Shaking and stirring are not the best options for mixing. They will work but I think it tastes better when frothed.

This has completely replaced my energy drink and coffee intake! Sits well on an empty stomach and feels like good awake clean energy. Peach tastes great!

Overall, it’s a good tea powder—it helped me feel less bloated and more comfortable, especially after heavy meals. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because it was a bit too sweet for my taste, and I usually don’t like sweet drinks.That said, the benefits are there, and it’s definitely worth trying if you're looking for something to support digestion. Just be aware of the sweetness if you're like me and prefer something more mild

This “tea” is no good, do not waste your money.I’ve had Yerba Mate and this flavor is very artificial, my stomach hurt after drinking it. Just took it for three days and is in the trash now.Also, this brand “tea” color is way darker and murky.Do not buy this one!!! you can’t return it!Now I’m out $47This is awful! I

I got the mango one, it tastes good. None of the ingredients in here are for appetite suppressant so I don't know why people would think they wouldn't be hungry when they drink it. I got it to try and cut out caffeine which is an appetite suppressant,also why people who drink it in the morning tend not to eat breakfast. In fact drinking water (basically this is just flavor water) activates hunger hormones after fasting, ie sleeping all night and not eating for 8 ish hrs. But I have been taking it for a few days and haven't noticed anything other than being more hungry. I still want to drink my coffee all day long. Side note, coffee keeps me pretty regular if you know what I mean and without it I have not been able to do my business. The ashwiganda is supposed to be helpful for that but as of yet it's not.

I feel like I can’t be too harsh on this, because ultimately I think it’s more about health than it is actually enjoying it. So as far as the ingredients go, it looks good to me based on what’s on the packaging. But flavor-wise? Not something I would drink otherwise, more something to suffer through for the sake of having something that’s good for you.

Good stuff. It takes a bit to get the energy up but I don't use it with consistency.
