Amazingly easy to put together by myself. Didn’t even have to look at the instructions. Very sturdy as well unlike some of the beds I looked at some furniture places!

This is sturdy and it is comfortable (in conjunction with mattress) , and is super easy to assemble by yourself. it looks like a classic. its brilliantly designed with pegs and joinery that align everything including the slats (slats velcro is super nice here too). it has thick built in floor pads which is perfect for my hardwood floors. it is quiet. i got the headboard as well, from a reseller on steep discount ( but it's not really necessary ) plus: paired this with a medium firm serta eurotop and a wool mattress topper (for maximum thermal regulation) while i am tempted to cut one star for price being high, i'll let it go. everything is too expensive nowadays why i got this: this - for me - replaces a whiz-bang bedframe with lights, outlets and drawers ( which i don't miss at all ) that cost half as much, but those metal slats kept falling out, and it was loud, and i kept hitting my head on that old headboard. goodbye tacky old bedframe, see you in the guest room.

Biggest piece of junk ever!!! Very cheap wood frame that was splintered and scratched right out of the box! The person helping me actually got a splinter in her finger during the installation. BTW, because of this person's medical history, they need to be careful about getting foreign objects trapped under their skin. The wooden support slats were very flimsy, and I was afraid I was going to get splinters in my hand during installation. Also, the holes DID NOT LINE UP for placing the slats on the frame, and one of the pegs to secure the slats actually broke off. I personally own a THUMA (which I would highly recommend to anyone), but it comes at a much higher price point. Still, I did not expect this piece of cheap junk. SHAME ON YOU NECTAR!!! SHAME ON YOU, AMAZON!!! I ordered this bed for my 92-year-old mom's caregiver. I live 1.5 hours away and came to help install the bed. Afraid it will break - definitely not a 500 lb support as in the description. Multiple scratches right out of the box, and as mentioned, splintered wood. The BBB would not approve of this for sure!!! Also, it took 3 people to put this cheap TWIN piece of junk together. I put my QUEEN-SIZED THUMA together by myself, although it was much heavier. Waiting to hear back from you, NECTOR AND AMAZON!!!! Amazon, you should not be selling cheap junk like. For a vendor to sell anything under their name, of such inferior "quality", they are just out to make a buck. I would NEVER purchase any other of Nectar's furniture at any price point after having this experience.

Well made, easy to assemble, compact dimensions for this size frame and no squeaks. Others have commented on the middle floating leg supports not touching the floor, however we found this to be a non-issue. The assembled legs are 0.625" off the floor, however the weight of any good size mattress lowers these to floor. Others commented on the slats being sub-standard. We didn't find this the case at all. Maybe those were old reviews and they have since increased the girth. Good quality and an affordable price.

It is not as sturdy as advertised, especially at the joints. I'm certain that this is the point at which the problems will arise. Aside from that, it was a very simple assembly that I was able to complete without assistance. And it looks good.

I have purchased more platform beds than I care to even think about. All have been a nightmare to assemble requiring hours even to assemble. All have been flimsy. Except this one! This one is the best platform I have purchased. Took 5 minutes to put together, no tools of any kind. Extremely sturdy and solid. Should last for many years. Also arrived ahead of schedule which was a nice bonus. It did have small area where the wood was scuffed but it didn’t bother me as no one would ever see it. It costs more than the others I have purchased but so worth it.

Took 10 minutes to set up this bed…and that was with my 8 and 9 year old sons doing it! Really sturdy bed. Love the joinery instead of hardware. Nice neutral color. I wish we had gotten the headboard, but easy to add later. I want one for myself now!
