I researched SO many post partum wraps and binders when I was pregnant. I decided on this one because it had the best reviews for the price. Most negative reviews are say that this (and all binders) are uncomfortable. They are right, they are. If you find a comfortable binder, it's probably not doing much. While I didn't really enjoy sitting in this binder for long periods of time, it wasn't that bad. The only thing I didn't like was that there's a lot of Velcro all over this thing because it has a two-step wrap process. So I found that the most comfortable way to wear this was to put on a thin tank, put the wrap on and either put another thin tank over or, what I did was put my pregnancy support band (you know, the thing you put over your non maternity pants to hide the fact that they are unbuttoned) otherwise, the Velcro on the outside will scratch your baby. Now onto the good stuff. Did it work? I definitely think so. I gained 35 lbs during pregnancy and lost 20 the first 2 weeks. I felt like the binder shrunk my uterus down and made my stomach and hips smaller after about 2-3 days of wearing it. I will definitely use it for my next post partum experience.

I purchased this waist trimmer belt after purchasing the overpriced binder offered by my plastic surgeon’s office. They charged $125 for a very basic cheaply made binder that they immediately put on me after my abdominoplasty procedure. It was covered in blood and antiseptic solution, yet I was expected to wear this thing every day for 3 weeks. I don’t think so! So I took to amazon searching for something I could replace it with, and that’s when I came across this waist trimmer.I have been wearing it since I ripped the package open and it’s like a night and day difference! It compresses in all the right spots. My belly is supported and my back doesn’t ache. I can cough/ laugh and I don’t feel like I’m gonna die. I can see myself using this for at least the next 6 weeks! I’m even planning to wear it to work for the extra support until my muscles heal. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Love this product. I had a tummy tuck and lipo. I wear this product when I don't want to were my full body faja/girdle. I really like the fact I can pull the flaps to increase tightness or release the tightness when needed. It also cinches your waist. I'm considering getting one for my dad who has back issues.

I had diastis reci from having children & this helped me remember to pull my core in tight & not bend the wrong way or lift the wrong way. It also helped with the discomfort.I had a 3 finger gap & with the help of this and regular workout I am down to 1 finger gap.

I got a large. Day of delivery I was 195 lbs. The week after I was down to 180 and I’m now 1.5 months postpartum and 170 lbs (measurements 40-34.5-43).The large was perfect through my first month. With my current measurements the “extra” flaps are getting close to overlapping but it still fits well.I did not use a waist trainer after my first born and the first time I went to do sit ups I could do five. This time, I wore this thing religiously within the first two weeks and sparingly since, and sit ups are not nearly as big of a struggle. And I feel like I’m getting back to normal faster this time around. Side bonus is that it helps correct posture when wearing it!Worth the purchase.

ORDER A SIZE OR 2 UP!!I don't know what I was thinking when I ordered a Medium after having twins by C-section but I returned it for an XL!! I don't have before and after pictures but just the pictures I posted but I can tell you that my stomach went way down after wearing this for just a month! Unfortunately I have diastasis recti that I have to fix over the course of the next year but this gave me a great start! This is definitely worth the money!!I am 160 lbs (post pardum at the moment) and normally 145lbs.I wear a size 8-10 pants and sizes L-XL in shirts (bust is 36 DD)... just to give you an idea.The photos show me wearing an XL and it's a great fit!You can see from the close up where I am comfortable putting the velcro for a snug fit- just over the line but still works great!I could possibly need to purchase a large over the course of the next few months...Overall: very supportive, good quality, breathable, secure, works to shrink!, great for the money, great coverage!Bulky under work clothing- I do wear this "out" mostly wear at home. I have other Spanx like ones I wear out more.UPDATE: 2 weeks later after writing this and I def need a smaller one as my stomach and weight keep going down. Ordering a L now!

Great buy, especially for the price. I bought a size XL even though I'm usually a size medium in shirts because of the reviews I read regarding how small it runs. I'm glad I did....fits perfect. No complaints here.

I love this belt because I have a very large hernia from a bowel resection due to Crohn's disease it fits perfectly and I'm a bigger woman so usually have a hard time finding the right fit but this one is fantastic!!

This product was not comfortable to wear and was not made well.

This is pretty bulky. You cant wear it under your clothes subtly. It does provide good abdominal support but best to wear it around the house post baby.

I love the extra tightener. It's a great back support and also cinches the waist. Slightly bulky/bumpy so you wouldn't want to wear under something sheer as a shapewear. This is more practical for someone needing back support and tummy training like after birth.
