The best vitamin that I took for my hair! My hair is long and healthy right now because it’s really working!

Disclaimer: I'm taking three different products so I'm not positive which one is working or if maybe they're all working together? I've been on Mounjaro and I noticed hair loss and a receding hairline. Not cool. After some research, I decided to try saw palmetto, pumpkin seed oil, and this Pantogar (all found on Amazon). I also bought specialty shampoo, conditioner, and a hair growth oil from a small boutique in Pennsylvania. Can you tell I was freaking out? 😄 Well, something IS working! Check out my photos! Lookit all the little hairs growing! That's the sides of my head where the horrible receding hairline was developing. So, it could be all the products together or the Pantogar?! It doesn't hurt to take the other products, too, so I'm fine not knowing since I'm seeing results!

Buyer Beware! Heart Rate Side Effects & Not Returnable I purchased a three month supply of Pantogar and began taking them as directed. Within 48 hours I noticed my resting heart rate (RHR) was higher than normal. Each day that I used Pantogar, my RHR climbed higher. I emailed Pantogar in Germany to see if this was a known side effect but did not receive a response. I called Merz in Raleigh, NC. They could not confirm this was one of their products. The elevated heartrate began to affect my sleep so on the tenth day I spoke to my pharmacist who recommended immediately discontinuing Pantogar. Within 24 after discontinuing, my RHR began to drop; it took two weeks to return to normal. (My Fit Bit Inspire 3 is fully functional and working correctly. There were no other changes in my diet, fitness routine, or elevation that would account for this increase.) When I tried to return Pantogar, I saw that it was not refundable.

I take this pills every day and I have seen a change in my hair. I would recommend them and complement it with a good shampoo

My wife and I have used this per a medical doctors recommendation when we were in Costa Rica. We both had hair loss/ thinning for different reasons and both of us who have always had thick full heads of hair stemmed the loss and recovered most of our loss with this. Its not for all types of hair loss but for us it worked. Its a bit spendy. But it is a well thought out and effective non Rx product out of Germany.

Apologies, this was delivered and was sent to wrong department internally. Reliable seller and a high quality product; will need a few months of regular use to comment on the efficacy of this supplement.
