Being very sensitive to the sun, and with my old hat being totally worn out, I was thankful to find this as a great replacement! It breathes and keeps me well protected!

A great hat to keep the sun away this summer. Very lightweight and nice color. My husband loves it. He never wears hats and I wanted him to keep his neck protected. He really liked it when it came. Very nice material. He said it is very comfortable.

Took 1 star because plastic clip used to retain chin strap broke. Good hat otherwise.

Great sun protection for neck and ears, wide brim for face protection, love it!

The wide brim of the hat will protect the ears when the sun is high in the sky, but the back flap is designed to just protect the back of the neck, not the ears. Several similar sun hats have flaps which extend around the sides of the head to protect the ears when the sun is low and to the side.
