This is my favorite purchase from Amazon in quite some time. I installed this faucet yesterday and it is wonderful! It is all stainless steel including the sprayer / waterfall head. It was fairly easy to install. The pull out sprayer nozzle length will depend on where you apply the weight on it. The further down on the sprayer hose you install it the further your sprayer nozzle will pull out. Therefore if your sprayer nozzle isn't coming out far you will need to reposition the hose weight. It's an installment issue, not a manufacturing issue or a error in the product description. The hardest part of the install was me getting the sink and old broken faucet out of the counter. The waterfall function on the faucet is beautiful and feels nice on the skin when washing hands. The sprayer function works well and will blast residue off of dishes easily. The head rotates easily into the pot filling position as well. It’s so cool I love confusing people with it. I’ll say the pull out part seems flimsy since it’s plastic so be gentle but otherwise the look and functionality is 10/10 so far. Water flow isn’t the strongest but that’s also good since it’s sensor based also I think that’s possible to adjust under the sink. Easy to use and clean and great for the price. I’ve had it under 6mon.

Faucet looks great and performs as promised. After two years of use the faucet developed a small leak at the water turn on/off. The warranty had expired but I reached out to the company for assistance on fixing the leak; the company responded very quickly seeking video of the leak, which I provided, and the next day they responded with a solution. The company provided the necessary parts, along with easy to follow directions on how to correct the problem. I have received better support from this company than I EVER received from the Big Box stores - Will absolutely do business with this company again and recommend their products to my friends and family (and all of you, as well). Sincerely could not be more pleased with the product, the product support, and my interactions with the company's customer service!

Fairly easy install, works as advertised, just has a cheap feel to it. It obviously been "value engineered" to reduce cost. An upgrade from builder grade, and the waterfall and jet feature are good. Good price point.

The product is saying and showing by picture that it is a faucet, while it came to me as a cheap plastic accessory painted in stainless steel color, that is supposed to be attached to a faucet. It doesn't turn and it is awfully finished. It is a scam
