Fantastic slushie machine! I bought it on sale and wasn't very sure about the brand, but it has been great so far. First thing i slushed was some pop, I had 2 cans of Faygo firework (a Michigan thing) in the fridge, I dumped the 2 12oz cans in and turned it on to slush setting and in literally 15 minutes it was a legit slush. it was a little thicker after another 5 minutes (20 min total). as others have said the on off switch is weird, you have to hold it down for a second to turn it on then tap it to select the mode. It should have been much better design than what it is. I haven't tried ice cream or sugar free slushes yet and i hear they can be a bit more challenging. the machine is a much heaver than i expected. it doesn't make much noise and doesn't vibrate off the counter, It has a cleaning mode which doesn't use any freezing and sloshes the water around and cleans it up reasonable, then you can take it apart and clean it up better. It is a great value for what i paid for it on sale and is comparable but not as good or expensive as the ninja. I would recommend it to friends and family.

Used a few times now and it's been great. Had a issue with a missing tray they got back to me in under 24 hour to let me know that I had a updated machine and it was no longer needed along with the updated manual.

Works great! My kids love it. It arrived with a broken mixer but the customer service was amazing and quick in sending a new one out . Easy to clean.

This slushie machine has been my favorite purchase of the year! My roommates and I use it everyday. We mainly use the slushie and spiked slushie feature.

I recently went to a friend’s house who had a slushie machine and my granddaughter absolutely loved it. I was planning on buying one for a Christmas gift for the family, but decided with summer coming, it would be best to buy one now. After a lot of research and reviewing other machines on Amazon, I chose this one for many different reasons, one specifically the size and the fact that it also makes soft serve ice cream, which my granddaughter loves. So far, we’ve tried it with soda, juice and even cherry syrup I purchased on Amazon. It makes perfect slushie’s in 15 minutes, it has definitely not disappointed. Today we are going to do soft serve ice cream cones. I will come back and add to my review and let you know how they turned out. I will definitely recommend this machine to all of my friends and family. It’s very quiet and so far it’s been amazing for after School treats for my granddaughter. You can’t go wrong with this machine. Enjoy!
