These are a clear winner for me. What a difference from Bisacodyl: faster acting but not the urgency, usually not as runny and less cramping. These give me more confidence of being able to better control my trips to the potty! They are individually wrapped and taste fine to me as well as being easy to use.

So this definitely works. The taste isn't great after 1 or 2 chews. But they do work. Feels a bit like chewing gum for the first few seconds. Now, 1 - 2 is the dosage for an adult. 3 - 4 if you really, really need it. It says it doesn't cause cramping which is about 98% true. And while it says you can take up to 4... my brothers and sisters in Christ, do not take 4 all at once. Do not be impatient. Just take 2 and wait a few hours. If you still haven't gone, maybe take 1 more and then the last 1 a few hours after that if you're still having trouble. But do not take all 4 at once. Unless you wish to rain out of your backside. Ask me how I know.

I wouldn’t say this is a replacement for the powder, but I bought it thinking it would be. This worked within a couple hours, whereas I usually would drink the powder (with water) before bed and wake up in the AM to have a BM. Got these to test for an upcoming trip, and they come individually wrapped which I like. It did work relatively fast which I liked. I took two, each about 1hr apart maybe. I’d have loved to have a solid but easy to pass BM but this was a straight shot of liquid.Price wasn’t a consideration for me because I would pay anything to be regular and have it be convenient and travel-friendly. I did read a review regarding the high sugar levels on this product which I failed to consider before buying.All in all, I think I’ll keep using the powder at night and supplementing occasional more serious constipation relief with these, as these work quickly but seem to have not ideal ingredients (also failed to read before buying, I was excited!) If these had the same downtime for me as the powder (I like taking before bed and waking up to start my day with a good BM- I don’t want to wake up a couple hours later), were sugar free, and didn’t have the non-ideal ingredients, then I would absolutely replace the powder with these! I’ll still travel with these just in case, though.

These chews work best for people with little to no experience with taking constipation relief/laxatives. It is extremely gentle, doesn't bother my stomach, tastes like a candy overall, I am in MUCH less pain than I was before. I take 1x a day right now but will probably go up to 2x a day taken at the same time.

These work! While I'm not happy about having to take them (I'd prefer to go without any issues), I'm glad they work in a pinch if I'm feeling a bit backed up. Most of the time, I only need one, but sometimes, especially after returning from vacation when my digestion is off, I might need up to three. Obviously, the taste isn't great, but honestly, they get the job done, so I don't really care what they taste like!

If you have bowel issues and can’t seem to go. These will do the job for you. Don’t take too many the first time. They work and the taste is good!I won’t use anything but these gummies for bowel problems.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love the convenience and efficacy of this product. Travel friendly and dependable. It tastes good and is easier to use than the powder. The powder miralax has a different ingredient than the chews so it does work differently. Chews are faster working than the powder. You would have to try it out to know for yourself how quickly it works for you Everyone has a different transit time. It is more expensive because I need to use at least 2 chews. I had no cramping whatsoever. Bottom line MiraLAX is a great product either way and I have both the powder and the chews. I use them both depending on my need at the time.

I only occasionally write a review. This product absolutely deserves a 5-star review. My wife is 75 years old. She has had constipation issues most of her life, including an emergency room clean-out a couple of years ago. Miralax powder usually works but takes 1 to 3 days. And she despises the grainy taste, even when mixed with a juice/water mix. Yesterday she was hurting from being plugged up. It had been several days since a movement. I ordered her this MiraFast for same day delivery. On arrival she chewed two lozenges followed immediately by 8 ounces of water. Just over two hours later she had a decent movement and felt a big relief in pressure. This morning she had a very large movement and feels great. It's only one sampling but we are sold on MiraFast! Awesomely effective product!
