Scooter was very easy to put together, I like the quality of complete Scooter.Frame is very sturdy, the seat was comfortable. The bottom floorboard basket was already attached, which was nice. I bought a small pet bed and placed inside bottom basket. My dog loves going for rides in it!There are 3 speed settings. I use the 1st setting because WOW Scooter moves quick!!!The 2nd setting was too fast for me to comfortably handle. Didn't even try the 3rd and fastest setting.This Scooter is definitely worth the money and I am extremely satisfied with it!

we love ours ! better than the picture ! solid , quick set up, seems way more expensive and great value for the money ! Instructional video could be slowed we paused it al lot but, figured it out ! came fully charged and we just need to put the the basket on and tighten brake handle. I wish it came in camo and pink ! it's a must have for quick runs or the beach . My dog loves to ride. Tiny tight but , comfortable and that's good so he's secure .

This scooter was easy to assemble, is very stable, I love the baskets and has lots of power. It's a great buy for joy rides and around town. Has a really bright headlight and brake lights, I recommend this product for anyone wanting to get around a little easier. It's also very smooth riding

We already have a standard Segway scooter. It was good but I wanted to take my dog along on the ride and he will never get on it without any rail guards around him. After making a lot of research, we thought this had great pricing and this also fit our needs, so we moved forward with the purchase.The shipping was super fast. We put it together super fast and took a spin right away. It felt a lot more comfortable than a standard scooter because you can sit down. The seat is also nice and big, unlike the bike seats, so you can go on long rides without any problems. It took my dog a few tries to get comfortable in the basket but once he is in, he really loves the ride! I take him everywhere now - to the lake, to the park, to my parents house or to drop-off returns.Overall, this is a very sturdy and very well-built scooter. Everyone in the family loves it and I also recommend this to so many people.

98% ready to go. You do have a little setup to do but it’s really easy to do. The scooter goes 18.6 miles per hour and takes about 5 hours for a full charge.There is absolutely no noise at all. The design is nice and the color is all black. I am very pleased with this scooter.

I was looking for a low to mid range scooter to perform simple errands and stuff on nice days. I didn't need it to go fast or particularly far. I was hoping for 15 mph and 10+ miles. I looked at various models and just didn't see anything that tripped my trigger. Largely on a whim I bought this scooter due to the doggo in the basket in the ad. I have a doggo. This could be fun (and I didn't see similar baskets on other models).OK, so......* The assembly directions were pretty heavy Engrish but thanks to the pictures I was able to get it put together without too much difficulty in about 15 minutes.* The doggo basket IS amazing. It took a few trips for her to wrap her mind around it, but these days Gwen loves going for rides (and taking her for joy rides is mostly what the scooter gets used for).* The top speed is fine at about 18 mph. But it takes two blocks to build up such a head of steam (acceleration is terrible!). It meets my specs, but only barely. Note: I weigh about 220 lbs.* Range is bad. I only get about 3-4 miles out of it before what little speed and power is has starts to drop off. I don't know what max range is, however, as I've not been brave enough to push it. I suppose it works for ONE errand in this small town, but you're certainly not going to be getting the 20 advertised miles out of it unless you're 90 pounds soaking wet. I mean, I didn't really expect to get the full 20, but I did expect 10. Alas!* The seat is REQUIRED. I see that there are slightly different models for sale on Amazon that are really nothing more than this scooter with the seat removed. Uh, that might work if you're 5' tall, but at 5'10" I know that standing on this thing and reaching down for the handle bars would not work. But hey, sitting down works fine.All in all? It's capable of doing most of what I wanted it to do. It would be nice if it had longer range but that's my only real complaint.
