Serami 17oz Classic Color Mugs for Coffee or Tea. Large Handles and Ceramic Construction, Set of 4

I tried to upload pics but was unsuccessful. The mugs were very securely wrapped, but each one had a noticeable spot where the glaze was missing. I could immediately see that with one mug, but not all four. The first one was very obvious, but the other 3 showed themselves when I looked more carefully later on. I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning them because they are all serviceable, but I am very disappointed that all of them were missed when wrapped. Beware.Update - this is the next morning - my daughter was hand washing one of the mugs this morning and the handle let go from the mug. Glad it wasn't earlier and I wasn't drinking hot coffee and had the handle fail!

Don't waste your money, the cup is good but the handles are awful. The handle is roomy but dangerous they aren't attached at the top very good. I have two cups that have already broke while in use... hot coffee. I wouldn't remend these to anyone.

My husband likes big handles on his mugs. I like bright colors on mine. These are absolutely perfect. They are heavy mugs - like the old diner mugs: solid and sturdy, and they keep the coffee hot. These mugs check off all the boxes for us. They totally exceeded our expectations.

1. One cup was chipped when I opened the package. I immediately contacted the dealer, who promised a replacement. Replacement never arrived.2. After reheating a cup of coffee in the microwave, I find the handles are too hot to handle. So hot I have to use a hot pad or towel to carry the cup.3. After one year of use, the handles of two cups are broken, both in the same spot. I did not stop the cups, not did I knock them against other items in the dishwasher.So, after one year of use I have one usable cup.

The Serami 17oz Classic Color Mugs are absolutely beautiful and the photos of the mugs do not do them justice. The green, blue, yellow and red colors are nicely subdued and enhanced by the inside of the cup, which is white. The cups are well-balanced and feel good to hold. The handle allows these over-sized mugs to be grasped securely. They will not easily topple while holding a hot beverage. The quality of the mugs is excellent. The cups were securely wrapped and protected during shipping. If you are looking for a mug that holds an extra amount of coffee or tea, give these mugs a first, second and third look. It takes a lot for me to be so enthusiastic over a mug!!

I drink a lot of tea in the winter to warm my hands. All of my cups had small difficult to hold handles. My arthritis limits my hand grip so was looking for a handle I could put all 4 fingers through. And did not want stoneware which is heavier than porcelain.These cups are just right and hold a large amount of tea also. Like the colors. So I am a happy Momma Bear. Just Right.

Bought these mugs based on positive reviews and excellent Fakespot rating.Really like the look, feel, size, and smoothness of finish.However, the inner glaze on two of the four mugs cracked the first time that hot water for tea was poured into them. (the mugs were at room temperature so thermal shock was nominal.)Bummer - hoping for better.

I love these mugs! They are sturdy and big enough to hold my lattes. However, when I received them, one of them was broken. The seller had included a note in the box advising to email them if there were any issues, which I did.They emailed me back advising they would send 2 replacements.I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the mugs and the customer service I received!
