Nice little gas detector, however there are two cons that I’ve found, there is no battery backup and the power cord that comes with is only about two feet long not nearly long enough to reach to within one foot of ceiling where it needs to be placed to detect gas, fast shipping so problem there.

Great device for the unexpected reality if someone hitting the knob with their hip or rear. Tested and it went off before i could smwll anything (turned main breaker off folks , relax) . Only issue is no battery for when power out, in 2018 add a rechargeable backup battery.

After taking off the factory plastic screen there are visible lines on the screen. It tells you to mount it fairly close to the ceiling and yet only comes with like a 2ft cable....

Easy to set up. All you need is an outlet. Sticky tape provided to hang on wall where ever needed

Easy to install, easy to operate. The gas on our range has been accidentally turned on without igniting several times in the past. Although we are a lot more diligent now this product gives us an added sense of security and peace of mind.
