I've been taking creatine for 15 years off and on, and I must say this one is probably the best so far. I research all my products before I take them and Steel Fit creapure creatine caught my attention. One simple ingredient without fillers, additives, and other junk. It is unflavored so you can mix it with just about anything. It is a little gritty when mixing but that's not an issue for me. I just add a little more liquid to get the residual left in cup. I've taken it with plain water by itself and did not taste bad or funny. Take it for the results and not the taste. I just finished a 3 month cycle and noticed my strength went up somewhat and I added a little size. I started taking 3 scoops a day for the first 5 days, then 2 scoops for 3 days, then just 1 scoop a day there after. Some say you don't need to do a loading phase like me but I do it anyways, personal preference. Adjust your dosage to your specific needs and goals. I found 1 scoop a day worked great for me. Do not be afraid to spend a couple extra bucks for a good quality creatine like this one. You are investing in your health and body and trust me it is worth it! On my way to order another tub.

It's a creapure, from germany. I tested this product for almost 2 months now and honestly I don't regret my choice.

Love the purity of this product. I learned from an interview of a physician that German made creation uses a patented process to produce highly pure creatin without heavy metals and impurities. All other creatin brands that do not have the patented “Creapure” process identified on the label are typically made in China and contain high levels of impurities. With this product I have noticed more energy and muscle retention. I mix it in my Greek yogurt daily and it has no flavor impact. I get this product auto delivered every 2 months. Both my husband and I take it everyday. Highly recommended.
