The Very Best Cheese Knife I've Found!
This cheese knife is a winner! Having owned a few different cheese knives and slicers, they all seem to work okay. However, this knife marketed for soft cheeses works better than anything I've used. With its thin profile and truly sharp edge, this excellent stainless steel knife cuts both soft and hard cheeses like a dream -- from Brie to Compte.I first saw this BOSKA knife used by Liz Thorpe, the "Cheese Goddess" shown on YouTube comparing various Trader Joe cheeses. I was impressed with the ease and cleanliness it cut a variety of cheeses. I searched a bit and found it on Amazon at a great price.I could not be more pleased with the quick and clean cuts this knife makes with virtually any cheese. The design is very attractive, super easily to keep clean, and it cuts a variety of cheeses better than any other cheese knife I've used. It puts a smile on my face every time. Check one out for yourself... you'll be glad you did.

Works really well for soft cheese
The skinny side area is great for soft, sticky cheeses like Brie or Mozzarella. Much less clingy than normal knives. These are well made and look good. They also match some other nice cheese knives from Boska for harder cheeses.

Look pretty good but small.
Check the dimensions. These are good quality knives but definitely on the compact end of the size spectrum. If that’s what you want, they seem like a good choice.

A must for your board!
I honestly purchased these more for the esthetics of having a complete charcuterie board, they turned out to surpass my expectations and were quite useful. The three sharpened knives were able to cut through some harder cheeses, Parmesan, cheddar, gouda… but the overall length with a short handle does not leave much to control on the hardest products- Honestly, I would leave the cutting to a chef’s knife for preparation (less work for your guests) and use the two pick tipped knives for skewering pieces and the two round blades for spreading soft cheeses. The knives tend to cleave more than slice as the sharpened angle is relatively steep vs. a slicing knife. They claim to be dishwasher safe and so far have met that without rusting or staining- (they state a 10 year warranty) I will update this if they do.

NICE!
Sometimes everyone needs a spreading knife for appetizers. These are cute and and seem to be well made.

Not heavy
Not heavy, hollow, and not a good choice for hard cheeses. They look nice and are fine for serving from a board. A meat cleaver still reigns supreme for a block of aged Gouda.
