Utilize an USB C port for HDMI output
I plug this adapter into the USB C port of my docking block. My LG Gram laptop doesn't have an HDMI port to connect to an external monitor that requires HDMI input. This combination allows me use my laptop and external monitor as split screens. Works everytime I turn on the computer.

It stopped working after a month
This was working fine but after 35 days stopped working and I’m not getting any signal on my monitor anymore. Now it’s more than a month and I’m not able to return or replace this item 😕
