Tight Fit - Cat's LOVE IT
At first I was a little bit worried about the construction of the fountain because it is a lightweight plastic. When I went to hook it up - I was even a little more concerned because it was just a fraction too small. I was worried it was either going to just fall off or break. It did neither. The o-ring stretched perfectly for a tight fit so it stays exactly in place (and my cats love to take things apart - especially to steal the sink stoppers) We have been having it on a constant slow cold water drip for almost 2 months now and there wasn't a huge spike in our water bill (my first concern) and the cats actually started using it - OFTEN. We used to use one of the little metal push valves for them but it was impossible to wash your hands with it. With this - you just keep the drip on cold and turn on the hot knob - the water flows perfectly through the dish for hand washing... I recommend this for people who travel a lot and are concerned about the cat's water fountains running dry.I love it and would buy it again if I had another spare bathroom to put it in.

Didn't fit and didn't work with US spec fixture.
The hole for fitting around the sink nozzle is too small. I had to cut a slit in the plastic to allow clearance. The the other problem if the nozzle is ANGLED and not straight up and down, the tray is at an angle. My cat would not use it at such an angle it could not drink like the picture shown. So, don't buy if your nozzle is angled, and you may have to cut a slit in the plastic to let it expand. Could this be designed for foreign sinks and not American fixtures?

I am guessing it would probably fit fine on the regular
I should have listened to all the reviews stating it does not fit the faucets. I think the issue is that is does not fit on ANY aerator faucet. I am guessing it would probably fit fine on the regular, old fashioned faucets. I do know that every time I pull it out to try and rig something up, my cats are right there trying to drink from it. No matter how many times it falls off, they go back to it. So my review is 3 because the cats are insistent on trying to use it LOL, but really only about a 2 because it does not specify it is not compatible with the aerators.

Great Idea...but it doesn't fit my sink
I read others who had the same problem, but I assumed I would not be one of those that had the same problem...I was wrong. It fit around the sing nozzle, but there is a little protrusion under my faucet, like a small bump, that made it impossible to stay on the faucet. Even what little I could attach to the faucet, it really didn't fit that well. It otherwise looked like a viable product, but there are far too many complaints about the exact same problem, and this company should go back to the drawing board and figure out how to increase the compatibility with the hundreds of types of faucets out there. Perhaps a collection of adapters, but sadly, there is just one choice, for some it works, and for some it will not....your turn to roll the dice!

Sink Drink solved problems
The sink drink is working out well for me and my cats. When I first got it, however, it didn't fit on the type of aerator I had. I tried to purchase the right size aerator that was recommended, but the salesman tried them all in the store before I bought any and none of them would fit. I finally found one that works very well. It cost a little more than the regular aerators, but I think it was worth it. I got a Danco aerator. It's called Rainfall Cascade Stream, but you get an alternate piece with it in case you don't want the cascade. It has a longer tip on it. The Sink Drink fits over it well and is easy to slip on and off. Now, with the Sink Drink, I'm not getting up and down having to turn the faucet on when my cat wants a drink. It's also good because sometimes I'd forget that the faucet was running, sometimes for an hour. At night when I'm sleeping my cats can still get a drink from the faucet when they want. I keep bowls of water around for them in addition to the Sink Drink. It's small and if they tip it the water will spill out. So, it should only be used as an added source of water for them, not a main source. I gave it four stars because it was a little bit of a hassle trying to find the right aerator for it and it cost me a little more money in addition to what I paid for the Sink Drink. It does sit at an angle to the faucet. I would like it to be more level, but I'm happy with it. My cats like it, too.

Great idea. Needs some modifications.
My daughters cat wont drink water unless you run the faucet with your hand cupped under as a catchment (for a good 5-10 minutes). He's a total assh#[email protected] product idea. Needed some customizing for it to fit on our faucet but works great. It would be nice for it to come with some adapters of some sort. Took some measuring and a trip to the hardware store to get the right fittings.

Finally - my cat will drink water!!
My cat is very picky when it comes to her water. She likes a stream of water, that trickles, and invites her interest. This "Sink Drink" faucet does just that! I put it on my faucet in the bathroom, because my kitchen sink was missing the aerator, so it had nothing to be attached to. But once I put it on the bathroom sink, she came running! It's her own personal drink well, and if I leave a small stream of water flowing, it will trickle down, and entice her to play! She loves it, and now I can rest assured that she is getting her fair share of water each day. Easy to put on/remove. White plastic is easy to clean. Recommend to clean it out weekly to avoid mildew/mold in the dish.

Not going to work for most. Product is not worth the hassle or money
This is not going to work for a standard faucet. It needs a faucet with a narrow end piece. Additionally the faucet must be running for the cat to use it and it appears as though you are SOL if you might need said faucet as well while device is attached. Great concept but needs a lot of work. It is far easier and cheaper to allow your cat to drink from faucet or to get a little fountain decoration on counter. I am sending mine back. Sitting water in this dish is no different than any other dish in the house. Additionally nothing drives me more crazy than reading products that have misspelled words on the labels for product. Perhaps this was a translation error, or oversight, but at my rate it suggest this is not a large reputable company.
