Buying Serrano online is a bit hit and miss but I have been very well pleased with this. Moist ,tender and lots of good meat.I would recommend this.

The worst ham ever purchased , rancid and disgusting
The ham is old and rancid. Beside the fact that is 80% fat, it’s also so out of date that I cannot even cook it, I’ll have to throw it away.Very disappointing and I cannot believe that you still can sell such a low quality product on amazon, and at that price...Don’t buy it !

Don't buy it.
There is hardly any ham on it, very dry, you can only see the rind and bones, not much to get ham from.I would not recommend it at all.

I think I need a bigger knife!!
Bit hard to carve at first and a lot of fatty skin on it, but once through to the ham it's very yummy indeedy!
