I used this product to mount three Oculus Rift sensors. Previously my sensors were mounted on large tripods that took up a lot of space and were aesthetically displeasing. These mounts work perfectly. Since the sensors are so light, I did not use the included anchors, just the screws. They are very simple to install. The mounts feel a bit cheap but work and look fine when installed. They use a ball and socket joint which allows me to adjust the direction of the sensors in any orientation I need. The only improvement I would make would be black screws to match the mounts, but these are really inexpensive mounts and that's an easy fix so I am still giving five stars.

These are very simple, cheap, and if you take the time to play with them... they really work well.My tip is that they come completely apart and then just make sure to push the arm sleeve up as high as you can before putting the screw in.

I used them to mount 2 of 3 sensors for the Oculus Rift CV1, which I mounted a bit higher on a wall, and they gave me better tracking, and they are adjustable, had to play around with them a bit, but can be angled as desired. I've gone wireless with a Quest 3, which doesn't require external sensors, so they are just on the wall with nothing on them, but while I had them, they made my VR experience so much better.

It gets the job done, and is definitely better than a lot of the ones that you find online. It's nice not to have to worry about if my base stations are going to fall or not.DISCLAIMER: Make sure you put them decently close to your ceiling That way there's almost no chance of them getting blocked by something in the way because they will essentially have a full-scale view of the room.If you have 1.0 base stations, make sure they can see each other and are facing the same direction while making sure that you don't block their field of view of each other.If you have 2.0, don't worry about it because they don't need to see each other. Just keep the base stations in general close to the ceiling.The only reason why I rated four stars and not five was because they never tell people that.

My installer originally "damaged" (okay he BROKE them) several of the camera mounts. These were pretty much identical brackets and I actually only had to replace the ball and screw portions that connect the camera to the base. I HIGHLY SUGGEST being careful NOT to over tighten these when installing as you can break the "basket" portion of the mount where the ball is cradled and essentially destroy the NECESSARY portion for the mount to work. I also suggest having one or two spares if you can as the elements over time may require some positioning adjustment and ANY readjustment may jeopardize the integrity of the bracket as they are not especially strong metal.

Bought these for my first two Oculus Rift sensors and they do exactly what they need to do. Beforehand, when my sensors were on my desk, I was unable to reach too far below my waist or the sides of my body. Now, with the sensors installed in a higher position using these mounts, I can reach all the way to the ground and I have roughly an eight foot by seven foot play area to work with allowing for much more immersion in my VR games. Absolutely no issues with installation and they are very sturdy once in place. These come at a good value as well as I have seen others selling "Oculus sensor mounts" in pairs of two for over twice the price of this triplet.

Good product but mine lost tightness when it came to holding my projector in the same spot. Even tightening it down with pliers still doesn’t hold it quite in place. Knock off product most likely. I recommend using T-bar bolts for most projectors as cam locks won’t hold in drywall or thin walls very well.

As you can see in the pictures, they hold up both my Oculus Rift sensors, and my HTC Vive Base Stations.While they come with plastic wall anchors, I opted not to install those and just screw right into the dry wall and ceiling with the included screws because my dry wall and ceiling are thick enough and dense enough that all I had to do was gently screw without force to let the screws thread themselves into the wall and ceiling and create a tight grip on their own.Have had them up since the day I received them in the mail on April 26th 2020.Great value for the price for sure.I am satisfied.
