I've been taking these about a fortnight. There's 180 in the pack, so plenty to get me through the next few months. The propolis caps are a high potency, so you don't need to take as many, which makes them economical to buy. The caps have very little odour, and don't taste of anything much. They are easy to swallow, and I have had some minor benefits, like not catching a virus that the kids had... I always get a cold or whatever if the kids get it first, but not this time! I also feel slightly more energetic and just that but better in myself. It's a bit early to say whether I will continue with these, but so far, so good.
