Very comfortable and easy to use
It’s for my son,had major jaw surgery and it’s a lot more comfortable for him and helping the pain brilliantly along with the swelling absolutely brilliant buy for maxi facial and dental surgery.

doesn’t stay cold for very long
the ice packs don’t fully freeze no matter how long you leave them in the freezer and therefore get warm very quickly
