Taken as is provides some degree of improvements in strength and stamina but paired with NAD+, I noticed a significant increase in my energy like I can lift heavier weights and more sets per muscle group. I do recommend pairing this with NAD+.

Good vitamin to try
I've noticed that I feel better during the day when I take these, I've lost a few pounds but that could be from a number of things. I'm going to keep taking them and see what Happens but so far these are a solid multi vitamin
