Quality supplement for brain health
This helps my overall cognitive health. I definitely can tell a positive difference when I take it. It’s a bit on the pricey side but for me it’s worth it

More brain health, always good.
It’s tough to find raw hypothalamus so I appreciate the manufactures of this product. I have used it since being hit negatively by a cleaner sold in the auto section of our supercenter containing the same offending ingredient that was in Agent Orange that caused our military Gulf War Syndrome. No fun. But a remedy helps.

Scams to take your money
Like most vitamin supplements on the market today, they are just fillers, stabilizers stuffed in under corporate government direction to make them less effective, they generate little health benefit, they are scams to take your money.

DAY 3 WITH NO CHANGE BUT NOT GIVING UP!
I am 69 yrs old, menopausal and have had hypothyroid issues for the past 4 years. I HAVE SEVERE HOT FLASHES 24/7 and am hoping this product will help. I'm trying this product because I can't find a doctor who (knows or cares) or has any new information other than dispensing pharm meds. Quite the drug world. SSRI's don't work, I missed 2 days of work taking one 10mg Paroxetine at night, diarrhea, headaches, nausea it was horrible, it cost me a couple hundred $$. If there is anyone out there who has been taking this supplement for hot flashes, please let me know. I will give this product 90 days and report back after 30. It's so strange the reviews really don't give any information about the product and why the consumer took it. BTW I tried the Embr Wave 2 wrist gadget with NO relief. Black Cohosh 500mg didn't work either or the "Hot Flash" supplement product.

Helps with everything but sleep
I love how this helps me during the day to get activities done without feeling sluggish like i always do. It's amazing how i can get s*** for sleep but still have enough energy throughout the day after taking this. But my head still feels weird from not sleeping right for several days now and I was hoping this would help with my sleep as its supposed to help with sleep cycles but I cant seem to find anything to help me with sleep.
