So far, this is an excellent tracker for my dog. It was very simple to set up and although the battery was only about 2/3 charged when I got it, it took 2 weeks to drop to 10%. I have randomly checked his status, especially when I know he's at doggy daycare or with my wife and as far as I can tell it performs flawlessly. One in a great while it loses a GPS signal but we live in a rural area where there are occasional signal drops. I originally had another tracker that works similar to an Air Tag, but more often than not it couldn't locate him. All in all, very happy with the purchase.

We adopted a dog from a rescue who loves to dig under our fence and take off on us numerous times a week. We didn't want to purchase an electric fence and were desperate for a solution. On a whim, I bought this product and it is a GAME changer!!! Everyone in the family is connect to Reba’s tracker and we all get notified as soon as she leaves our home circle! We have has this product 2 weeks and it has saved us hours searching for a dog that we are now able to get in seconds!!! The battery works great and eventually we will have one of these on all of our dogs! Thank you to whoever invented this product. It keeps my dog safe and the family's sanity intact.

Absolutely love this tracker! We had a lot of issues with the Apple AirTag which is why I decided to try this for my rescue German Shepherd. While his recall is great, we live on 6 acres of woods and his prey drive is through the roof. We wanted something to give us some peace of mind in case god forbid, he one day decides to chase something and ignore us calling him back. The live tracking is quick, reliable, and SO much better than the Apple AirTag. The features on this tracking device are awesome and it gives us so much comfort. The battery life is INCREDIBLE. It charges in about 30 minutes, if that, and after 2 weeks, my dog’s tracker still has 41% battery life. The app is super easy to use and while you do have to pay for a subscription, it’s worth it. It’s extremely durable (my guy is super active and loves to roughhouse) and we’ve had no issues with it getting wet. Highly highly recommend!!!

For the most part, I love this product. It is easy to charge, easy to attach the collar, and easy to use the app.However, when my dog leaves the safety zone, there are times when it’s up to 10 minutes before I get a notification. Also, once in a while, it shows him going in a place he is not going. Also, when I see that he’s left the safety zone, I click live, and it tells me he’s still in the safety zone. It takes too much time to catch up.

I have two pugs that use tracking device. I purchased it because I live in a rural area and I am concerned that they could run off I would need a reliable way to find them. It isn't uncommon to see on Facebook how many times someone's pets are lost, and I didn't want that to be one of mine.The app is great, I can set up geo fence and if they go beyond it I will be notified. The devices hold a charge for a long time, but the app will let you know when they need to be recharged. It will give you your dog's activity levels, if so desired. The only small complaint I have is I wish for a littler dogs the device was a little smaller.

I’m sending back because the packages for the US aren’t monthly and i don't want to commit to something for a year. This company should share that it's eligibe in the US for monthly and they don't. I'm sending mine back

Love it. I wanted this for when my dog decides to chase a coyote on our walks in the woods (has happened several times, and then he can’t find his way back to me because he’s gone so far.) I needed the live tracking for that. And it’s certainly live and updates every couple seconds when you turn on the live tracking mode. Battery only needs to be charged like once every 2 weeks or so. Signal hasn’t been an issue for me at all. The phone app works great. And it’s really cheap compared to other options but doesn’t feel cheap at all. The wellness tracker tracks his activity, you can set activity goals, check out local and global leaderboards for activity. It tracks sleep and barking to let you know if your dogs been waking up or barking more than usual. The sound and light on it are kind of useless though especially with a long haired dog, you can’t see it well through the hair and you have to be real close to hear it. Still give it 5 stars though. Does exactly what I needed and more that I didn’t know I wanted.

We are very pleased with the peace of mind this device provides. We have a 14 pound Party Poodle/Terrier blend who would very difficult to retrieve if she got loose. She is hyper energetic, but is distrustful of strangers and does not get along well with other dogs. She will hunt anything that moves. This would be our only hope of ever finding her again. It was highly rated by Consumer Reports, so we decided to give it a try. Previously, we were using an Air Tag, but that was not really an ideal solution. So far, the Tractive seems to be working well. It appears large for such a small dog, even though we got the smallest version. It has many features, most of which we have not explored yet.
