I have been using these pens for over ten years. If you like fine line ink pens these are ideal. Gel ink is fast drying, available in several colors and does not dry up in the pen like most ballpoint ink pens. It is comfortable to hold and the cushion helps to reduce fatigue. Coupled with a reasonable price, it is a real bargain.

Writes smooth without skipping

I write a lot every day. I go through three or four G2 pens every month. That's not because they don't last very long, it is because I am always writing. Pilot G2 pens are the only pens that I use. They write nicely, with light pressure and lay down a nice uniform line. They don't leave blobs of ink everywhere like other pens tend to do. The only downside is that they are not waterproof... just letting you know in case you write outside.

The Pilot G2 Rollerball Pens write every time I use them and they are very comfortable in my fingers.
