It works really well!
This was prescribed to me from the VA and it’s the best melatonin I’ve taken. It hits within 45 minutes so I take it about an hour before bedtime. Once I lay down I’m asleep in less than 5 minutes, which is much better than my usual tossing and turning for hours.
