This remote is a little lighter weight than the original, but it works perfectly without any set up.I bought it to replace the remote control that came with our Insignia 55" 4K Roku TV. For some reason the remote that came with the TV consumed batteries at a ridiculous rate. We had to replace the batteries at least once a week. Even with rechargeable batteries it was a pain.With this new remote we have not had to replace the batteries a single time since we bought it months ago. Hooray!

This is the 3rd time I've had to replace a Roku TV remote for some reason or another and honestly they just suck. This one only lasted a few weeks before it started being all bonkers. Now I have to press buttons super hard to get it to respond. I also noticed that it is really light weight and kind of hollow in side, which is unlike the original remotes, so that's new. I just haven't had any luck with the Roku remotes and I've had 3 Roku TVs in the last several years. I'm done.

Lately I had to press the buttons on my remote VERY hard (specially the OK and DOWN buttons).Can't believe I can replace my remote this cheap.Bonus: you get HULU button instead of HBO on original remote!

I have an Insignia Roku TV model ns-32dr420na16. At first the volume did not want to work. In the home screen I went to settings and had to make sure the TV speakers were enabled. Everything works good now. There is a very slight delay when changing the volume but not much difference from the original one.

I felt lucky to have found this product. Our original remote was lost for a few weeks until I decided to find one on Amazon. I found this easily by searching the model # of my Insigna Roku tv, and was pleasantly surprised to see that it would cost under ten dollars. It arrived within a few days, and worked immediately.

We purchased this because the original remote the power button stopped working after 3 years. We were really excited to not have to get up and turn on and off the tv. Within 4 days of use the volume button stopped working. The bright side is everything else works and we can just use the old remote for the volume.

Thought I was getting one like came with my Roku tv but this one is not flat on the bottom so it falls from arm of sofa quite often. Buttons on side for volume are harder to push as they are not as pronounced as original. Might be even harder for someone with poor dexterity. Would recommend looking for an original
