Just got it, but it seems to be great. Nice tight fit has elastic bands on the sides to tighten even more. I really love it so far.

Eh not that great for big belly guys
Doesn't really work well with bellies. He had to take it off to do anything physical because it hurt is belly. Not enough of it supports the back like in the picture. If anything its half the size as in picture.
