These are one of my fav nuts besides now the jungle peanuts is up there but way more expensive.I love these because they are so high in protein !+Texture - the texture of these nuts is as if a macadamian nut was super dry and less oily in my opinion as of it had been completely removed of oil.I do not know how to describe it because it is unlike any other nut or seed to me .The crunch is kind of crispy in a non fried way.+Taste - I read the ingredients on the other flavors and I am sticking with this spicy one it doesn't have any sweatners and I do like the flavor it is MILD very mild+Digestion - when I first ate these seeds a month or two ago I got a big healing of them and had to( 🥴 RUN TO THE BATHROOM 😮 My husband also experienced that as well)There was an aquiring of the seeds in my tummy my body had to get used to them so I ate a little at a time each time I snacked . Once that happened I was hookedThese are one out of the three snacks/foods I have on subscribe and save . High protein snacks and fewer ingredients than the protein snacks I usually go for.

I went with the salted to try. I want to first say that I really liked the crunch to these. The taste reminds me of something that I cannot place, an acquired taste but not near an acquired taste as black walnuts. Once I got used to the taste I really enjoyed crunching on these while I drove home from work. Only down side for me is they are marketed as salted. I waited to finish the bag before I wrote the review to see if maybe, just maybe the salt had come off each one and fell to the bottom of the bag, no such luck. I taste no salt at all on them. Did this batch miss getting salted or is that all I get? Not sure I will buy again or not? I want to try the Cajun, but I do not want to run into no flavor but the just the seeds. I did not notice an odd smell like other customers.

Bought it on a whim and wasn’t expecting much but these are delicious. It’s a great snack to have on hand especially if you’re macro balancing and don’t want to grab snacks that are basically junk. Will be buying more flavors on repeat, wish it was cheaper though.

Perfect for my relative with allergies to dairy.I live in Louisiana and these were a “throw” from a parade. Made a great parade snack and - BONUS - they are allergy friendly. Would be great for classrooms that have nut allergy students, although I’d recommend the plain variety.My relative loved them so much, we purchased for everyday snacking. They loved the protein and was happy with the cost.

The best - however this package began life as a 1lb bag are we down to 12 ?

These things are awesome, nutrition label is about as good as it gets for anyone doing keto, or just low carb in general, I have tried 3 flavors spicy, sweet heat and some other one that was something about being hot also, I dont remember the third name but one of them had zero sugars, anyways I'll eat a whole bag when they arrive, I heard they have all 9 EAA's in them but i did not verify that, just something I heard
