It took a few moments to see how it worked, but simply turn the unit over with spring down and it fits perfectly over the fitting, then push the spring out with a small flat screwdriver into the housing and it's done, lift off the spring carrier it arrived in and reassemble the complete starter onto the machine. this item arrived today.. and to be honest I didn't think id be able to install it into my blower..but it was very easy.it was made easy because it was already wowed in the plastic casing.all I did was flip it into position.and used a small screwdriver to push it out ..JOB DONE..im very happy now my blower is up and running again this has saved me at least £40 if id taken it to garden machinery shop..brilliant!
