Great replacement
This was a replacement for the receiver from a Polycom VVX-410, and it worked great. I bought two so I would have another extra.

Perfect
Just what I needed after plugging the handset into the wrong plug on the phone base. It fried it. This one fixed the problem and got me back to work

Item works but does not fit our polycom properly.
The item is VERY snug on the hook making it a challenge to use on a wall hanging unit.

If your Polycom phones are having issues hearing people then this replacement is what you need....
We have the 310 Polycom Internet phones in our office. It seems at about 3 years of use the handset starts to be finicky and you have trouble hearing with them or the person on the other end has trouble hearing you. So I bought one of these headsets and found that 3 out of the 5 phones all had the same issue. We ended up buying 4 more and it fixed our problem perfectly. I even have an extra one just in case they go out on us again. I hope this helps someone going through the same issues. Thanks.
