How Full Is Your Bucket? Expanded Educator's Edition

This book came recommended to me another professional who suggested that I might find this book helpful in my Coaching practice as I presented workshops to businesses who were wanting to support their employees and re-energize struggling systems. After reading the book, I have used it several tmes with clients and groups and find it to be well recieved and helpful in the promotion of support and validation in the workplace and in families. A great book, easy to grasp and well recieved by those who have been exposed to the principles of the book. I am grateful to Amazon for the quick delivery and opportunity to recommend great books.

It's a great book and very helpful

Having read the original edition of this book, when I saw there was a version for teachers I immediately ordered it for my wife, a school teacher. As soon as she read it, she was excited to share it with her team at school. She began her school year by sharing much of it with her students to help them get the year off to a good start. And it comes with a code to enable the reader to take the Clifton Strengths-Finder, a tool for discovering your talents and turning them into strengths. Don't let the people around you run on empty!

Works great within the school setting. The book offers realistic tools to use. I look forward to its implementation and results in improving 'filling' buckets!

I have about 30 people that are under my management and this is a great book to remind me on how to keep their heads in the game. It's a quick read that keeps in engaged the whole time. It will take you no time to read this book even if you are not a fast reader. The extra material at the end is also a nice bonus.
