I love anything by Cake Beauty and was so excited to see it at such an amazing price on here! When they are on sale you got to jump at it. I use all of their products, great prices, amazing scents and helps keep mu hair feeling great and curly.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:While this product is not for me, I'm still giving it four stars because I do believe for the right hair it's perfect. I just do not have the hair for this product!

I thought this was a setting gel/foam. I have very straight hair and need a little help to hold curl. I don't think this is the correct product for that, but it smells so nice. So it didn't work for me - as it was designed to do - but I love the scent of Lemon Merrangue in my hair. I use it for volume.

Years ago I used a similar product for curly hair and liked what I read about this one. I’m still a little on the fence about how much I do or don’t like it.The scent is fine—very lemon-meringue, as described by other reviewers. It dispenses as a gel and quickly foams up into a mousse-like consistency. Frizz control is not as good as other products I use; but this type of product tends to have a higher alcohol content, so that could be the reason my curls look more dry than defined. I like that it’s a cruelty-free product. Maybe I need to spend some more time playing with it, but atm it’s not on my go-to product list.

I love the smell! Works great on my hair. Leaving my curls very soft.

Just as described, and as demonstrated in a video I watched. It smells very good, but it is a soft scent and dissipates quickly, actually to quickly because I like it so much! I have thick course curly hair, and I put this on after the leave in curl cream I have, and it works great. It is a good hold. If your hair is not as thick and or course/ you probably could just use this alone after you wash and rinse out condition.

This brand and all of their products are phenomenal! I've added this to my routine and my curls have never been happier!
