Lovely quality and fits well although very creased on arrival. Overall very pleased with my purchase, would recommend.

Place carefully on the bed base, secure with pins/drawing pins otherwise it slides once the mattress is placed on top. Good value for money. I steamed mine once it was in place to flatten the pleats and smarten up the look

Really nice Valance sheet for a king size bed. Lovely quality and pleats really well made. Was worried about size and quality but really surprised at how nice it was and how lovely it looks. This only covers the valance sturdy part of the bed and not the mattress too.

This valance fitted well but is rather thin and the pattern on the bed base shows through. I was disappointed as the duvet cover by Catherine Lansfield that I bought was very good quality

This valance was a generous cut and had pleats at edges and at the sides. The downside was that the material was so fine that the patterned divan side showed through it , which I had wanted to hide!

This is described as a base valance - it is NOT. A base valance goes over the base of the bed - under the mattress. This goes over the mattress and although my mattress is new, of good quality and deep, this is still too long.The company I bought this from requested that I tell them if there was a problem before I completed an online review of their product. I contacted them explaining what my problem was and they totally ignored me.I really regret having bought this valance. It isn't what I wanted - the description and the goods don't match up - the only thing that is right is that it is white.This was a waste of money.
