The media could not be loaded. I've never been so excited about a faucet before. I used to have the waterfall style but they collect dust and dirt on top and then the water runs over it.... Seems so unsanitary. So I wanted to swap to something else but didn't want it plain. I was looking for something a little different and this one had a nice sleek shape but enough interest and the price was right. Installation was easy although the instructions should name the parts. When I turned it on, I couldn't believe how great the water pressure was! I'm swapping all my bathroom fixtures to match now. The brushed nickel perfectly matched the drain I already had which was just a stock brushed nickel I got at a local hardware store. You will be pleasantly surprised with these. Heavy duty, packed well, really great value for the money.

I took a chance ordering this because it was so inexpensive but I was putting it in a powder room that rarely ever gets used, to my delight it is gorgeous, very well-made and a 10th of the price that I paid for one it’s not as nice for my master bath

4/22/24- Reached out to Kingo again and they replaced all 3 of my faucets. Great customer service. Will definitely order more items from them.They are very pretty faucets but the finish wears off after about 6 months. I had this happen to all 3 of my original ones and 1 replacement. After purchasing the replacement, I realized they say they offer a lifetime replacement. I contacted them 3 times and never received a response. I would keep looking.

We almost returned this faucet because it was so loud. We solved the noise problem by changing the aerator from the old faucet to the new one! Problem solved!

This faucet is beautiful beautiful and beautiful! Harvey good quality and the finish is just beautiful.Will install very soon in my remodeled bathroom

I needed a second faucet in my kitchen for my alcaide water system, but had a pull out faucet and didn't want to loose it so i purchased this bathroom faucet to put in the soap dispenser hole so i had a spot for the second faucet. works great and easy to install with the adjustable extension threaded sleeve it was great.

Install is a bit tricky by yourself. Having another set of hands would have made it much easier. Also the instructions are vague as it is intended to cover many of their models. I’m a moderate diy-er - only my second faucet install - so for a pro no worries. By myself it still only took me ~30 minutes. Works great! Wonderful water pressure

First things first: The faucet was priced well below most vessel sink faucets I looked at. But several factors let me to give it 1 star. The first is that the supply lines (included with the faucet) came detached from the unit, and it was difficult to connect them since the connectors are housed inside the body of the unit. This can lead (and did in my case) to leaking from inside the faucet after installation to the counter. I would suggest anyone doing things themselves find a faucet that has the supply lines hard-wired from the factory to avoid this situation.As soon as was able to mount the faucet and connect the supply lines, I was ready to test everything out. The very first thing to happen was the faucet's aerator cartridge (where the water comes out) broke and started spraying water everywhere. One thing to point out is that my house has normal water pressure, and other faucets that I have installed previously (3 others of different makes/models) have not had any issues with pressure regulation.This issue led me to my third gripe: NO SUPPORT. The unit did not come with a full user manual as does most items like this, so I went online to find a PDF version. The website printed on the side of the box did not lead to any website for the makers of this faucet, and I could not find a single source online that had a user manual available. Amazon did not have any references either.I learned a valuable lesson with this experience: don't skimp on hardware, especially when it comes to water. I'm relieved the issue with the aerator caused me to investigate the faucet further because I would not have noticed the slow leak under my sink until a lot of damage had been done. Since I cannot return the unit now as I did not install the unit for about 3 months from when I bought it, I will save it to use somewhere outside where I don't have to worry about damage. I would suggest anyone thinking about using this in their bathroom do themselves the favor and spend the extra money to get a QUALITY unit.

The finish is coming off, however the faucet operates very well.

Bought the exact product from a different vendor. Inspected side by side on receipt of these new ones to confirm they are the same identical product. Returned immediately.Backstory: Had one of the original two leak immediately on installation (yes, I am a plumber) and another that started leaking after a month of use.These leak from the main valve cartridge down the inside of the stem to where the flex tubes are attached. Ruined a portion of the vanity.

El grifo está muy bonito y luce bastante duradero. Su acabado es impecable. Trae sus mangueras pero por lo menos para el mercado Mexicano no sirven. Tienes que comprar las mangueras de refacción standard que se consiguen fácilmente. Esperemos unos meses de uso para verificar su calidad

Quality control on this unit is poor. Faucet has a slow leak at the lever connection. I will be returning it.
