This is probably the most convenient night time supplement I've had. It takes everything that anyone SHOULD take before bed and puts it in one formula which is great.I do however find the overall price of the product a little too much. One could easily go and buy all the ingredients separately and save some $$. But if you don't care about that, then I'd recommend this product.

Wife uses these. She used to feel lagged waking up in the am. But, now taking these after working out before bed, she's alert awake, and ready to start the day! We have a 10 year old and a8 year old both boys. Getting them up at 7am to get them ready for school while getting ready for work till, making breakfast. She's energized and has not only herself ready but the children as well, when I come home from my overnight shift. Excellent purchase for anyone that feels overtaken by their normal activities, for anyone that lacks the energy after getting sleep and all waking up fatigued. Anyone that walked up every two hours making them feel blah! In the morning. Try it out and see for your self. Be sure to check the ingredient prior to taking any supplements to be sure you not allergic to any. This will give you the boost you need to juggle life and recover your muscles from working out abs and pains. Gives your body the recovery you need from the work out you done. Hence the name! Muscle Recovery.

Long days at work followed by time with the family means I don't get to work out until the late hours. However, late night work outs usually make it difficult for me to fall asleep and I usually have a restless night. I know that a good nights rest is critical for body recovery so when I saw this product, I thought I would give it a try. Needless to say, I thought this product was awesome. I was able to fall asleep very easily and woke up feeling great. I even checked my sleep patterns on my fit bit and saw an improvement - woke up much less during the night and had more time in deep sleep. I recommend this product to everyone.

So, what is your issue? Because I want to get good solid sleep and help my body repair and recover from the daily exercise (CrossFit) I do. This is one product I won't be without...I will even take it with me when traveling. I keep it right on my bathroom countertop and I take it before going to bed. You will feel yourself just easily and naturally getting sleepy. Sleep is solid and restful and I don't wake up feeling like I am trying to climb out of quicksand. Really fantastic stuff...you need to try it to believe it, and then you will be recommending it to your friends and writing a review (which I almost never do)

Recieved a sample of this from my bulu box and liked it. So...I ordered it from Amazon and I don't believe this is the same product. Doesn't gave the same potency or made me feel refreshed in the morning like the samples did. Could be a knock off

I recently finished my first bottle of Prospera Recovery and can say I notice a significant difference in the way my mind and body feels in the morning. The sleep aid definitely assists in me getting more quality sleep because when I wake up I am ready to go. My body doesn't feel as fatigued in the morning either which I will attribute to the recovery mix. I'm also currently taking the Prospera Curcumin Complex and Collagen supplements (which I have also reviewed) and I feel that adding this Recovery supplement creates a well-rounded stack.

Very pleased with this product. My only concern is that the price is a little high for myself. I would like to by on monthly basis if not for the price.

Recently, I've been having trouble sleeping throughout the night which has resulted in me experiencing fatigue in the mornings.
