Great tool
Needed to measure inside dimensions of bore, and this tool made it easy to do. I used another of my calibrated gauges to make sure this one was on point before i put it to use. Highly recommend this for those that want a quick read out.

Good value for money
Good value for money, seems a little flimsy which is why no 5 star but other than that it’s good. Easy to use, smooth operation and battery life seems to last a good while

Good product
Caliper is used for measuring wood during turning. Works well, if I can keep the ends on center. Only reads to 0.01”. Reading to 0.001” would have been preferred, but for the price, it’s great

If you need the ID these are for you.
I am using these for work and can tell you they are making life easier. Without them I was only able to measure the bell end of conduits stubbed out. With these I am able to measure into the conduit to get a true reading of the IDs. I have had them in checked baggage at least 10x and left them in the original packaging which protected them.

This product is absolutely junk. It gives different reading all over the bore. You can check the same spot and get different readings. I would absolutely not recommend this

Inaccurate by +-.01
I measured the same object with these and a traditional set of calipers. Found these to be off a hundredth or two. If that's accurate enough for your situation, then these are great and easy to use. For me, they weren't accurate enough.

i had a different model of this before but it got damaged. this was the closest replacement but with the added handle and trigger action. works excellent, just dont buy this with "high" accuracy in mind! it is not accurate like a typical set of calipers are. and its not intended to be. plus or minus .010" is about as accurate as you can expect. i knew this and use it accordingly. for me its more of a comparator with dimensions. make comparing very fast. especially when needing to find the smallest area. love it. inexpensive. easy to use. if you know what you need and this fits that bill, you cant go wrong. excellent purchase.
