Another amazing cookbook from Emily!
I pre-ordered this recipe book as the first book So Good is full of delicious and easy to make recipes. I make Emily’s recipes weekly and I’m glad to see so many amazing recipes to choose from in her second book. I’ve already made the Yogjirt Harissa Chicken with Smoky Ricw, Speedy Glow Salmon bowl. Peanut Butter and Jam blondies (who knew chickpeas could make a dessert), and Healthy Pad Thai, all delicious. I’ve made the Protein French Toast before as I saw the recipe on Instagram and it’s one of our favourite brunch dishes we have regularly. Can’t wait to try more recipes, this book is a must have for anyone who likes tasty, healthy food that makes you feel good. Well done Emily!

Nutritious, delicious and easy to make
We've got Emily's fiesta cookbook and loved it, so when we found out she was bringing another cookbook out we immediately pre-ordered it.I love the fact that emily is a nutritionist as that's very important to me especially as im focusing on more whole food eating. Her recipes are easy to follow, alot of the ingredients you already have in your cupboard/fridge and they are all absolutely delicious.Couldn't recommend enough. Nutritious, delicious and easy

Sensible store cupboard staples used over and over
I can hardly shut my copy now for markers placed on pages that I am inspired to use. The salad recipes are most successful and these are what I’ve tried so far into this sunny summer. My mini grumbles are about the use of irrelevant but pretty pictures of Emily, and her manicure, which isn’t so hygienic for food prep. The best thing about the recipes is the fairly modest collection of larder supplies required which are then featured through so many pages. Clever and considerate ingredient selection scores with my way of cooking. No one off uses which reprove you when you see them lurking unloved on the shelf…psAfter trying to make her Sesame flatbreads page 63 I would advise that her recipe produces a dry crumbly dough that needs a bit more yogurt. The sesame seeds never stick to a dry dough. I also found she doesn’t suggest using oil but you need a bit in the dough, pan or both to achieve a brown crust. They take minutes more than the 2/3 minutes advised to cook and need to be rolled very thin, thus you gain more flatbreads which can be useful frozen or for immediate enjoyment. Worth a trial run before relying on her recipes.

Fabulous
This arrived today and I am very excited to get started and try many of the wonderful recipes.I bought the 'So Good' book by Emily English last year and it changed my eating habits greatly.I love cooking and for many years I have understood the importance of healthy eating I tried and tested many of the recipes in the first book by Emily and they have all been so incredibly , mouthwatering and tasty and relatively easy to make .I highly recommend this and Emily's first book

Amazing cook book!
Emily is just amazing! I loved her first book & this one is even better. We literally use one of her recipes every day now and spend 15 mins talking about how great she is haha. I have never been a confident cook but now I love being in the kitchen all because she makes it so easy. The best part is that all of the recipes are SO GOOD and mainly healthy!! She deserves all of the success in the world. She totally gets what her audience needs and wants & delivers 100%. Thank you!!

Disappointed sappointed in this book, if your macros counting don't bother with it
Lovely to looknat & set out well & lovely recipies with lovely photos, my inly issue considering she's a nutritionist & a lot of people are getting into a healthier mindset/lifestyles there are absolutely no macros listed on any recipies which isn't great & a real hassle if I want to make anything as I've got to list individually into MFP as a "recipe" etc etc. All in all I'm pretty disappointed macros arent added to recipies & I've bought both her books & its the same in both.
