The size is fine, not too bulky. We use this for a flagging rig for night time flying, so it's important to be able to see it from a fair distance. The pilot has no trouble finding the car now and the light isn't overly bright as to interfere with his vision. I would recommend this one for sure.

I have only plugged it in to try it out, won't use it till it snows and I start plowing.

Great light except won’t stay on top of truck w/o being bolted on. Had it fly off twice shame on me for the second flight. Never had a emergency light fall off in 30 years of plowing snow. Went back and read the paper work sure enough says “not recommended to put the wheels in motion if mounted magnetically” missed that one, so there you go !

Its ok, but too lightweight for me, cant drive over 40mph with it on, Im rural most roads are 60mph, Id be out all day if I drove at 40mph, but you get what you pay for, obviously I need to spend more for larger magnets. Lights bright though.
