These ARE NOT PLASTIC
In the description, under materials, it says plastic. These are spring steel. I use them to hold my screening in place on my in ground fountain that uses a feeder tub that has a lip. Works great.

They're not bad; just don't use for heavy shovels etc.
I had high hopes for these clips. I loved the simplicity of the timeless design and the one screw installation. But unless you want to hold light brooms, rakes, and shovels etc. either touching the floor, or with their business-ends facing up (so that the clip catches a lip or "hip," these won't hold heavir shoves and such in place. They slide down. Not great for mounting heavy push brooms or shovels etc. to stay where you want, like when you have a shop vac or a compressor or something underneath. I'm still looking for clips that are simple just like this that I can buy. That being said, these clips work great for the purpose if you only want to mount light stuffAnd, best of all, these clips have one-hole installation mounting, so that is a huge plus in their design.

Work well for me bearing the full weight of fairly heavy items. Am satisfied!
First of all, I looked in hardware stores for eons for these. I have 2 vintage heavy duty clips just like these- only the originals are made in the US and way thicker. I was thrilled that I found these on Amazon- though they seem pricey for stamped metal. So far, these clips have been holding my steam mop which is about 6lbs, my indoor broom & dustpan which are maybe a lb and my push broom in my garage which is about 5 lbs. after a month, the clips are all holding out fine- none of the items are touching the ground, so the clips can handle some weight. I am fairly careful with removing and replacing the handles into the clips because I want them to last, I made sure to use the appropriate size clips for the circumference of the handles too-as not to over extend them.I can't speak as to longevity and use over time-if one breaks, I'll update then.

Not stainless, and not strong enough.
Lehigh 13202 Grip Clip Organizer, Silver, Large, pack of 3.Brand: LehighNot stainless, and not strong enough. These tool clips are made of steel, probably zinc plated (not stainless steel). They have an overall height of 5/8”, and an overall width of 1¾”. They are fine for gripping the shaft of a medium sized hand tool, but for larger tools like a push broom, you will need to use two of these clips, as they start to lose some strength the first time you use them. If you only use one clip, the broom will have to be mounted with the broom bristles up, so when the broom shaft slips down on the clip, it is stopped when the head of the broom reaches the clip. This will have to be done with a long-handled shovel as well, so that the handle slips down until it reaches the metal shovel scoop. Short handled shovels can be mounted with the scoop either up or down. I hate to say it, but if you are mounting tools on a wooden wall or wooden 2x4, two 10d galvanized nails can do the same job, without bending or rusting. I bought these clips to be used with stainless steel hose clamps, clamped to the 1 1/8” round railings of a wheelchair ramp, since I did not want to drill any holes in the railings. I used old strips of rubber under the hose clamps, to prevent hose clamp movement, and to prevent galvanic corrosion of the aluminum railing, due to using two different metals next to each other. I gave these Lehigh (actually, Crawford brand) 13202 Grip Clip Organizer, Silver, Large, pack of 3, -three Amazon stars for lack of strength and not being made out of stainless steel.

A good size
These are a good size for clipping smaller-handle tools, like rakes, to the shed wall.
