The media could not be loaded. This laptop is beautiful. It's a legit rose gold - not a pink or brown, but actual rose gold. I've seen laptops say they are rose gold but they're not - they end up being pink or a gold/brown color. Rose Gold is an acquired taste fo sho 🌹As for the size, that's part of why I sent it back. It's too small for me - and I totally dig 11 inch laptops. But this one was an inch smaller and I didn't realize how much of an impact that would make to a laptop 😂 but wowzers! It also didn't have a backlit keyboard like I wanted...(If it did I might have kept it...)But it's 360 rotation was SUPER cool - I've never had a laptop like this before. It was thin and sleek, and flips completely over into a tablet! I admit - that was the most awesome thing about this laptop, other then the color. Oh, and the speed....annnnnd the touch screen.... 😂 Okay, so this laptop is AWESOME 👍🏼So it turns into a tablet. If you're a graphic artist you would love this! Just fold it into a tablet when you're done with the laptop or vice versa. It's also super fast.And you can use your finger to touch the screen! It's a touchscreen! That was very impressive 👏🏼 I must admit.One of the main reasons I sent it back though was because I honestly don't have the money for it....I know I ordered it, but that was like, all of my money. Literally. I'm low income. So when I order something like this, I'll be broke the rest of the month....so I have to make sure I really want or need it. I could have kept it but the size and it not having a backlit keyboard was a problem for me. Those are 2 important things for me, personally. I want to see the keys because I live in the darkness (literally. My room is dark ALL the time and I'm a night owl 🌛🦉) and I also wanted a bigger size then this one just happened to be.*sigh*...If only it was bigger with a backlit keyboard it would have been 💯 worth being broke the rest of the month!!!!So those were the only 2 "issues" and they weren't even issues, they where more of preferences.So, if you love rose gold, want a bada$$ laptop that can impress everyone around you who sees it (it'll stand out - BELIEVE ME!) , if you want it small and compact like a tablet (10 inch screen), and have it actually flip INTO a tablet, have touchscreen capabilities like a kiosk and you just want something super beautiful and high tech - this is 💯 for you!If you prefer a larger screen and want a backlit keyboard, then go for one of the other ones like I did (I got the Molegar rose gold laptop and it's awesome 😎).

The laptop IS admittedly cute. It’s functional and portable. It’s starts you off… without the initial Windows Set up. The Microsoft essential apps like Office and Excel ARE preinstalled as advertised, but the license used is NOT “OEM.” (Do some digging and research about the legitimacy of the purchased Microsoft license.) Doing a clean wipe of your computer or clean installing WOULD also wipe these preinstalled apps off your computer.Here’s why I said “WOULD.”It must be for that reason and other data, the seller has DISABLED the option to System Recovery all together. If there’s any reason you need to clean install or clean wipe ? (ie: malware, virus, ransomware,) You cant. They’ve somehow removed the file needed to clean wipe. A normal person with little understanding of Windows command prompt and bios would need to go to a professional. According to them, this laptop also lacks a serial number!This may be a good budget computer for a younger kid who has started middle school or high school and needs it for basic work. It has short term pros and long term cons. Basically, know what you’re getting into. If your laptop gets infected or corrupted somehow, you’re in for a rude awakening.If you're serious about your laptops and want something safe, secure, and with all options you PAID for… this is not the one for you.I contacted Customer service via their email and their website email over some touchpad driver data loss. It’s been a week and a half and still no response. If you lose them, the drivers CANNOT be found on the manufacturer’s website.With all these huge cons, its overall worth 2 stars, but I personally give it 3 because it’s physically appealing, functional… and NOT my main laptop. I only take this one when I travel because of how lightweight and minimalistic it is. The touchscreen is a perk. The keyboard feels nice to type on. I can work with only 2 USB-Cs and a headphone jack. The battery life is VERY MUCH under 3 hours if you’re using full brightness and backlight. Still unable to use the touchpad to this day, but I cut my losses after consulting a professional and try to enjoy the laptop without touchpad functionality.Uh but it’s still cute I guess?

Although it does cause the laptop to warm up quite a bit, it can run games without graphics that are demanding pretty well even alongside Discord (and it's need for more computer resources) being open.It does not prompt you to do all the computer setup even if you reset the computer yourself, which caused me to be confused at first, but you can still login to a proper Microsoft account from the Start Menu.It lacks any USB drives, but has a single USB adapter that comes with it (which can be used with the wireless mouse that comes with it, alongside other USB options). However, there are only 3 places to plug in computer accessories: 1 which is needed for the battery plug, and 2 more that could be used for similar cylindrical plugs (such as the USB adapter). This really limits your options depending on how many accessory slots you need, but it's understandable for a travel laptop.

I know this laptop didn’t have really any views but I took a chance and it works great. I was even sent a pen for the touchscreen and a mouse with an adapter so you don’t have to buy anything for it. The people gave me their email that was on the computer incase the laptop was broke. This company went above and beyond for me, they even gave me a bookmark. The tap works great it’s not slow and it has a bit of weight to it which is good. It’s as small as a tablet and the screen quality is great. The setup wasn’t bad if you have a Microsoft account. I think the value was good but the camera isn’t the best quality but that’s alright I still love it.

Customer service is great, my laptop stop working after 2 months and contact them. They replace my laptop and it was so easy to communicate with them.

The media could not be loaded. A gift for my wife, it's small and convenient for watching TV, and the touch screen buttons can all be used.
