Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, 128GB, Gold for Boost Mobile (Renewed)

At first, I was skeptical about buying a refurbished device, but I finally convinced myself after reading about this company's reputation. The device arrived on time, just as promised. It's in good condition with only a few very minor imperfections on the front frame—I emphasize that they are barely noticeable. The battery health was at 92%, and it came with a charger, but the included cable wasn't the right one; they sent a USB-C to USB-C cable instead of a USB-C to Lightning cable. I would like to receive the correct cable from the seller. I waited a week before writing this review to be as honest as possible, and I don't think the device will have any problems going forward. Therefore, I recommend this seller 90%, deducting points only because of the incorrect charging cable.

I love this iPhone. The phone is fast, the camera quality is amazing, and the battery lasts all day. It looks great and works perfectly. Definitely worth buying.

So I took a chance on getting this phone cause this particular iPhone is budget friendly and is getting 2 more yrs of OS updates. I'm very impressed with the seller, the phone came with a battery of 100% which is kinda rare for a refurbished iPhone plus the phone came with the lightning cable and the charging adapter which is kinda rare these days too.... with that being said I'll be getting another iPhone for my GF this time thru this seller.

For the money, it's a good phone. battery only at 89% but i guess that's better than it could be. Still, i think renewed phone should come with battery life 90%+. took about 30 minutes to update and sync but worked well once completed. no scratches or damages. good value for money. sim card was plug n play from previous iphone. sadly i don't really like the new ios 26 update lol but thats not the sellers fault. Came with charging cable and charging block (usb-c) but no original iphone packaging. still i appreciate the charging block and cable that was a nice touch considering apple doesn't even do that these days

It’s nice as described, light scratches , battery health 91% only shows usage one time before I turned it on Only problem is the back like it has been used for a while

Excellent ~ Perfect Condition; 100% Battery; all apps/phone capabilities function with noticeable speed; beautiful color quality. This particular model was emphasized for the spectacular camera capabilities. That is a very true assessment. The pictures my son takes are “spectacular”. (😊). Unless one is a photographer or specifically interested in photos, this feature may not matter. It was a selling point for me because my son loves photography, was out of state and had an older Iphone without the enhanced camera. All the potential beautiful pictures he was sending looked like pictures I would take (😂🤭 - blurry, dull, rushed, “boring”). Took a chance with this refurbished iPhone. So glad I did. (Had the phone been packaged in an “Apple” packaging, I would have thought it was brand new.) Admittedly, I was nervous after reading some of the reviews. The most important detail I learned through reading SO MANY reviews was: Before doing ANYTHING with the phone, CHECK THE BATTERY. (It matters.) The reviews prepared me for a possible “unacceptable” phone. (Low % battery IS unacceptable btw.) Love Amazon for the easy return policy. This was a “win~win” - Son got the phone he wanted at a price Mom wanted. (Phone still running perfectly ~ Not one problem in 1.5 years) .

Some scratches on edges and camera but clean other wise. Fully unlocked just added a SIM card. It’s a Great used phone

Today is Wednesday, August 20, 2025. I’ve always wanted the iPhone 13 Pro Max in Alpine Green ever since it was released, so I decided to give this seller a chance despite the mixed reviews and their 4.5-star rating. I ordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max, Alpine Green, 256GB – Unlocked, Renewed (Excellent Condition). Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. First, the phone arrived a day late, even though I’m a Prime member (not necessarily the seller’s fault, but still frustrating). When I finally opened the package, the phone was the wrong color (Silver instead of Alpine Green) and had noticeable scratches and chips around the camera lens and aluminum frame. While some wear is expected on a refurbished phone, this was advertised as “Excellent Condition,” and I expected better. To be fair, I still tested the phone. I went into the settings to check everything: Verified the IMEI and serial number to ensure the device was legitimate. Confirmed it was fully unlocked with no SIM restrictions. Checked for any non-Apple parts — thankfully, everything appeared original. The phone’s functions worked well (Face ID, speakers, cameras, flash, vibration, etc.). The screen looked great with almost no scratches, the phone screen sensitivity could have been more proactive, and the back glass was in good condition. However, the biggest disappointment was the battery health: only 77%. According to Amazon’s “Renewed Excellent” standards, it should be at least 80%. For the price I paid, this was unacceptable. As a busy college student, I don’t have the time to send the phone back, but I do feel let down. I’ll likely have to spend another ~$100 to replace the battery at my university’s tech repair shop. Overall, I’m leaving 4 stars because the phone does function well and matches the storage capacity I ordered, but the wrong color, poor battery health, and condition not matching the description made this purchase very frustrating. My advice: check the IMEI, serial, SIM restrictions, and battery health right away when buying renewed iPhones, and read the reviews carefully before purchasing. P.S. I purchased a screen protector separately for extra protection. Also, note that the box only included a USB Lightning cable — no charging adapter. If you don’t already have one, I recommend buying an adapter or a complete charger along with the phone.

El producto llegó en la fecha indicada, bien empaquetado. El cargador que viene es genérico así que recomiendo encarecidamente conseguir uno original. De acuerdo a las especificaciones del reacondicionado premium las baterías deben venir con más del 90% de vida. El mío llegó al 92. Por reseñas generales, este modelo de IPhone es el mejor en rendimiento de duración de batería tiene entre recargas. El producto viene en buenas condiciones, pantalla, batería, cámara, bocinas, etc. Lo recomiendo sobre todo si encuentras algún descuento de Amazon. Espero sigan entregando con tan buena calidad.

My new iPhone 13 Pro Max 512GB Silver advertised as being “Refurbished, Excellent Condition” arrived on-time and in near perfect condition with zero scratches or dents, front and back cameras were pristine, battery health was at 87%, and the iCloud data transfer from my old iPhone went smoothly and only took about 10 minutes. I was very overdue for an upgrade from the iPhone 8 Plus that I had been using for the past 6 years lol. Initially I was skeptical about the quality since the reviews are mixed, but in my case I have no complaints whatsoever. The phone is also covered by the 90 Days Amazon Renewed Guarantee, so you can test it for up to 3 months and if you aren't satisfied you can return it for a refund or replacement. I strongly recommend if you want a recent phone in near perfect condition for a fraction of the price of buying a brand new one.
