I already had the plates in the bed when I purchased the truck. Just didn't have these, so they will definitely help to secure my equipment down. Great investment

So far so good. little hard to install, had to hammer in place, they do not just slide in.

Very easy to install and everything you need (minus a bit for the screws) comes in the package. Instructions are not great but the install is pretty simple. My kit came with four extra screws and I can see how you might need them. I was cautious installing the screws and used a battery screw driver to get start them, then a small hand wrench to tighten the secure. I'll point out before I started, I used the provided jell to coat all the screws. All the screws went in smoothly, but as I adjusted them with the wrench, two screw heads popped off. There was enough left that I could grab with pliers and pull out but I would think something that is expected to hold 200lbs would have better screws. Again, fortunate the package contained extra screws. Getting ready for a trip and will use the tie downs to help secure two bikes. If needed, I'll update this review on return.

WARNING. Very snug fit. I wasn't able to hand set them in. Had to use a rubber mallet to set it in. But after you figure out that, great quality and snug fit.

works as planned f150 2019 xlt noticed that truck predrilled holes dose not have thread or just maybe painted. so i ran 6x1 tap to clean holes and install a weather stripping on front of plate to prevent rattling and make it tight after key tightened.
