If you live in a area known to be a hard water, you need to deal with lime scale l would say once every 4 weeks to keep it in good order otherwise it is a good itume

I really liked this kettle but after using it for 7 months it has started to leak round the bottom of the handle. Every time I boil it I find a puddle of water on the baseplate. I have had to replace it with a different brand.

The product was very nice and enjoyed using it but after only 5 months it stopped working and there does not appear to be any reason. This is the second kettle exactly the same model that has gone like this. The first one I took to be bad luck but two is too much and I cannot find any way to return it as it is from China. Shall not purchase AGAIN.

Had just under the year , now switch has broken so not working , been in and off working for couple days nowCan this be return now for refund as it is just few days under year purchase .dies state 1 year warranty

Beautiful designed kettle, lovely blue light when in use and not too noisy to use. Highly delighted with the product and the service

It is a very attractive looking kettle and does boil quickly but it is rather heavier than I would have liked

Amazing produce, am so happy with it . You can have tea or hot water . Highly recommend

Great for the price, a little plastic looking but still not bad.
