Mocha Cafe is the only flavor I really like. But I buy the Premier brand instead of Ensure. It's cheaper, has the same amount of protein and tastes better, in my opinion. Great way to get protein in after bariatric surgery.

The amount of protein was great and it tasted so good. Equal to one cup of coffee so you are not overdoing with your coffee and it saves you time if you are running late in the A.M. Delicious tasting!
