I really enjoy these, they feel good on the back. They have a great shape, I really couldn’t tell if they were hands or the actual paddle. I recommend them.

Gentle, Comfortable & Helpful
These are good tools to help get the body flowing properly. No pain whatsoever, yet you still get enough pressure to help breakup body blocks and get the system flowing properly. Made well and easy to use, though can be difficult to use on yourself when needing to use along your back. Best when another person uses the hammers on others. But that's just normal physics. The spiky balls can easily be used individually. Just lean into something or roll your feet along the balls for relief. Sturdy and will hold up well.
