Princess Ida, or Castle Adamant (Vocal Score) Sheet music – January 1, 2007

I really don't like the Chappell scores because they are hard to read and the libretto is published separately from the vocal score. This is a huge issue when you are in production and trying to block scenes. It also creates the need for a separate book when in rehearsal to notate blocking. I wish that this publisher would reconsider this practice. Better yet, I would love G. Schirmer to publish Princess Ida and the other more obscure G&S operettas.

This was a musical work that I was already familiar with, but didn't possess a copy. My copy arrived promptly & in good condition: what more could one wish for?
