This couples kit is great. I highly recommend it! I saw the movie fireproof and loved it so I had to purchase this product. Very happy with my purchase

I just got it and have browsed through this kit (which includes two participants guides and a DVD with snippets to use at various points in the guides), and it looks great. It seems primarily designed for a small-group class type setting, but at the same time we will be able to work through it alone as a couple just fine. I think it will be a great experience for us, and it's already opened my eyes to some things from browsing through it. It is definitely centered around God, scriptures and prayer - ANY Christian religion can use the booklet. (I am of the LDS/Mormon faith, and my husband has a Baptist background.) Thankfully I have a husband who is open to something like this, and so I think it will be fun and insightful for us both. While we have no marriage problems, I just think there is always something to learn to be a better spouse. There seems to be a trade school or graduate school programs to help you learn to be almost anything, but no class or degree on how to be a successful marriage partner. I think this is a fantastic idea and think any couple would benefit from its ideas. It definitely makes you talk to you each other and look WITHIN while including God for insight.

My husband and I watched the Fireproof movie and then bought this kit. We did the full 6 weeks and will be doing it again. It brought God to the center of our marriage and we are able to speak healthier to each other and learn how to love better

Easy to follow and very encouraging

Love is not a feeling but a verb an action. The Lord used this movie along with my good friend sharing the Gospel with me to save me from my sins. Do you know where you are going when you die? You can know and have an eternity with the Lord forever only through the One who has risen from the dead the Lord Jesus Christ.Believe unto the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved.For by faith alone in Christ as your Savior from your sins. That He went to the cross to die for your sins that you deserved an eternity in Hell for. He died and rose again and wants to have a living relationship with you.About 3 years later I have given this as part of a wedding gift to unbelievers, plowing the seed praying for their salvation.

By reading the title, you might get a false impression. While some of the acting is rather corny, the movie has a poignant message for anyone whose marriage is in trouble. This movie give hope that a marriage on the rocks does NOT have to end up in divorce, but instead points us to the Source for healing, and gives some practical wisdom for how to go about it. This kit helps for a facilitator to help guide a couple who comes for help, or for a couple seeking to work on things privately!

Everyone should be required to watch the FIREPROOF movie and learn from it! Too many marriages today are "me, me, me" instead of "us, us, us." Marriage was never intended to be a two-some. Like the Holy Trinity (Father, Son and Holy Spirit), marriage is also a Holy Trinity -- Husband, Wife and God. When you invite God into your marriage ... expect miracles!Watch the movie, read the book and take the Love Dare yourself! My hubby and I teach Pre-Cana classes and highly recommend it for engaged couples too! There are lessons to be learned BEFORE marriage!!
