Yes Tack-Driver and Extremely Powerful,an Better than Expected! Yes buy it you won't be disappointed
It's a Tack-Driver and Very Powerful, Easy to load too,This is a strait bone crusher,or for target. So It went through a 3/4" inch piece of Solid Wood. Did other test too,may video. This Umarex Strike Point .22 cal Pistol has been extremely Accurate an Powerful, tryed 3 different kind of Pellets and was cutting paper with all so very accurate and not picky on ammo. So far took about 350/400 shots, mostly being full power shots,an everything is good to go. It's better than expected it to be. No-disappointment 👍,an it's Very solidly built, there also is some pretty cool big mods/modifications you could do to it If you wanted to..,or smaller mods like trim half the hood "front sight protector" off with a dremel cut wheel. Great job UMAREX... Personally here left everything stock,an the hood is not a problem doesn't slow me down the slightest bit no matter if dark or not. But also wouldn't bother me with it trimmed half off either,it would still look good, nice little mod for someone. So for more technical but definitely doable mods "see youtube" there's a few impressive mods. Okay so all in all We like this one just as much as my crosman22,seems like it may have a little more power too when we tested it shooting into same piece of Solid Wood,an other. Would love to see UMAREX come out with a .22 co2 version of this with same good power or MORE! I don't care if it needs two co2's or not,an a clip/mag would be nice. Also if Umarex made another .22 pump version pistol they should make it even More Powerful no matter how many pumps it takes to get to full power, that would be great. OR would like to come out with a Versatile Powerful .22 pellet Pistol that can be Both Pumped and take Co2..that would be great nice all in one pumping it up or an throwing a co2 in it..that would be a wonderful Versatile Co2/Pump .22 Pistol all in one..,an would makes things easier,an a perfect tool to have could be semi auto/bolt-action an possibly with some sort of clip/mag, been thinking of something like this for years 🧐

Mainly a good purchase for a single shot pellet gun.
PROS: for a long sized pistol, its not too cumbersome - nothing that resting the end of the gun on your opposite arm won't steady out mainly. Standing and aiming without any support, I was able to hit within about 6" of where I aimed from about 25' away. Kneeling and resting the gun on a steady objet, I was able to hit within an inch of where I aimed. At 25', three pumps nearly buried the pointed lead pellet into a redwood 4x4.7 pumps buried the pellet about an 1/8" deeper.10 pumps buried the pellet a 1/16 to an 1/8 deeper than that.CONS: 5 pumps is decently easy and is effective.7 pumps gets real difficult, partially due to lack of somewhere to grip for leverage.10 pumps is killer, ... for a person of modest strength, those last 2 or 3 pumps is downright difficult and may be impossible for some. There may be a trick if one can figure a means to hold down the gun upside down on something and push with one, two, or three hands to get the maximum pressure at 10 pumps. All that aside, it appears to be a good and accurate gun; 3-5 pumps will put the 'sting' into any shot. I didn't particularly notice a difference in accuracy between 3 vs 7 pumps of the gun (but I didn't make a comprehensive test of it to be sure).

It's not a toy
This pump has the power it's a nice piece only sights are not the best other than the sights could be better it's pretty accurate for the price it's not to bad on pumping it loosens up after some sighting in one type of pellets a crosman hollow did not shoot correctly I took the pellets back to the store got hunting and precision the hunting type is more accurate than the precision but they're both perfect for the umarex . 22 caliber pellet pumpPistol

It take like 30 or 40 pounds of force to cock it.
Now very quiet. It is pretty fast. But it is way to hard to cock it so hard . It take some strength to cock it and the sights are horrible. The grip sucks and is very small. It is very big. Don't waste your money. On this junk. Buy the crosman American classic 22 air pistol it is like this one but has a comfortable grip the screw that holds the sight on needs to stay tight or it will make the barrel loose. It is accurate and just as powerful as this. It shoot like 480 fps. And is 49 dollars u can get it on Amazon
