I take two caps first thing in the morning 2 to 4 hours before i eat anything. It keeps me in a very good mood my mood is alleviated about 10 minutes after ingesting this enzyme. I also have allergies and Msm has been helping me breath better, but this product along with kala Msm has worked miracles on my sinus! I went from not being able to breath through my nose at all to breathing 50% better with just the Msm, but after I added this enzyme to the mix now I'm breathing 80% better. Oh by the way I have a cat and cat Allergies and fall, winter, and spring allergies so breathing 80% better is a miracle!

My Naturalpathic Practitioner suggested a product high in protease. Natures Sunshine products is one of the one he recommends because they are a very good product. I was having some digestion issues with undigested proteins in my blood/fibrinogine. This product helped to get rid of it. At the beginning I was taking two capsules before bed and now I'm taking just one before bed to finish up the bottle.

This is ok, but there are other protease pills with more HUT ratings.

Don't feel any benefits in taking it.actually I feel more constipated.

Bought these for my wife for joint issues. They were recommended by a friend and they work great. Will be buying more on a regular basis now.

Protease Plus has been helpful at alleviating GURD, even when I have had a juicy cheeseburger at dinnertime. It is worth the price.
