Pros : Prompt. The packaging allowed the bush a little breath, but it also arrived complete. No shipping damage whatsoever. Its certified by the University of Clemson inspector against diseases and the box has this inspection sticker on it. The planter is shipped with a very lightweight perlite and peat mix. It has a plastic bag loosely but securely zip-tied to the stem, but the growing medium was still in the pot. On delivery I called the company and they took the time to give me tips and answer question above and beyond the call of a vendor.Cons : I dont really have much negative to say about it. I did find a couple Fuzzy Mealy bugs on the stem. I cannot be for certain if they were mine to begin with, but the Synsapalum did not come into contact with any other plants. The bugs were found several hours after the plant had been in open air AND repotted.The bush is gorgeous.. its begin to show signs of transplant shock, and Im hoping its a mild one. Some leaf mottling, some dried leaf tips.Everywhere I read the same.. NO CHLORINATED WATER. I opened the plastic bag arond the planter and let it rest a while, and it went into room temperature 50/50 Compost and Perlite. Under the porch, with no direct light. Depending on the state of the bush in 2 weeks, it will then graduate to a more permanent position in dappled light.At least a foot and a half tall, very rich and living green color, no berries or evidence of berries, no buds.Very Happy. I purchased my first miracle berry plant, it didn't last a week. I called brighter blooms and told the situation. The sales rep had another plant shipped to me. This time my plant is doing great!

My plant just arrived and I was pleasantly surprised at how tall and healthy it is. I ordered the same plant, same age, same size pot from another nursery a year ago and it pales in comparison to this! Thank you also for the speedy delivery. I was very happy with this plant, it was well packed and looked good when it arrived at my house. I collected 3 berries already after 3 weeks, and still lots of flowers came out. Hopefully, I will have more berries before winter comes.

The plant came in very good condition. After a few weeks, I am even seeing a few new leaves and can't wait until I can get some berries to try.

It didn’t arrive in the healthiest condition but as I grow a lot of plants I don’t always mind that, it usually makes them happier when they finally get in the ground. However, It has slowly lost leaves, and not made much growth. It did put out some new leaves last fall but then the cold shocked it. I did plant it in the ground and transplant it trying to find a spot that it’s happy in. It may not like the soil or be difficult to establish. I do grow a lot of tropical plants and this one has been very finicky.
